INFORMATION The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses RHETT BUTLER of the crime of RAPE, committed as follows: That on or about the 1st day of September 2014, in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Curt, the above-named accused, by means of force and intimidation, did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously had sexual intercourse upon the person of SCARLETT O’HARA, a seventeen (17) year old female child, against the latter’s will.
