Director, Home Security, Monitoring & Automation Tasked with all business development, launch of service for new business unit, developed pricing plan and packages, ongoing sales and operations of SMA residential and commercial business. Controlled all marketing/advertising activities, managed relationship with third party partner, secured all state licenses and insurance policies, did inventory control, and worked with local municipalities for security business implementation. Senior Director Sales, North America Introduced StreamWIDE to Cable TV market in North America, including: Shaw Comm., Insight Comm., Sudden Link Cable, Comcast, Time Warner, Bright House, Cox, Charter, Cablevision and others.  Achieved 82% of sales quota in 2011.  Achieved 160% of sales quota in 2010.  Displaced existing Voice message system and sold StreamWIDE’s first Voice Messaging System in Western Hemisphere.  Thought creatively to sell directly to customers and through partners, i.e. GENBAND, NSN and Cedar Point Communications to enhance company profits.

VONAGE, Holmdel, NJ January 2001 - April 2007 (Vonage is a leading VoIP provider of cloud communication services for consumers and businesses). Vice President of Alternate Channel Sales (2005-2007) Developed, established, and managed Master Agent and Alternative Channel for Vonage. Opened new accounts, negotiated contracts, maintained executive relationships, established comp plans, and managed sales reps and territories. Clients included: National Retail Distributors, Regional Consumer in-bound Call Centers, VARs, OEMs, System Integrators, and Master Agents.  Developed Master Agent channel as a new entity to distribute Vonage which represents 12% of Vonage retail sales.  Indirect Channel Accounts generated $4.5M in first full year of launch.  Attained 85% of sales quota in first year of operation. Vice President MSO/Cable and Major Accounts (2003-2005) Developed long-term relationships with MSO/Cable Companies and National ISPs. Expanded responsibilities include identifying and closing key VoIP opportunities for distribution of Vonage service. Major accounts include: EarthLink, BellSouth, Armstrong Cable, & MidHudson Cable.  Developed and managed Private Label and Wholesale channel (10% of Vonage’s total lines = $22.5M /yr.)  Established Vonage’s international interests: UK, CALA, Asia, and Europe. Director MSO/Cable and Major Accounts (2001-2003) Introduced Vonage to MSO/Cable in a Business Development role.  Sold and established first Cable and ISP to resell Vonage under their brand enabling their customers to get telephone service quickly.
