1. Check the customizing functionality offered to users with the SAP Fiori Launchpad. Add the tile Audit Journal to your My Home group. 2. Generate your own tiles. The tile should display the supplier locked for payment. Use the Manage Supplier Line Items tile as a template. Filter the Manage Supplier Line Items according to payment block locked for payment. Save your results as your own tile with the name My Blocked Supplier Line Items. 3. You receive an invoice for a company car (car##) for EUR 4.400 (Tax 10% included). Enter the invoice using the information in the table. (Replace ## with your group number.) Make a note of the document number:

1. Check the customizing functionality offered to users with the SAP Fiori Launchpad. Add the tile Audit Journal to your My Home group. a) In the SAP Fiori Launchpad, choose S4F01–## on the top left corner and click on App Finder. b) In the Search field, enter Audit Journal. c) Choose + to add the tile to the My Home group. d) Choose Home. 2. Generate your own tiles. The tile should display the supplier locked for payment. Use the Manage Supplier Line Items tile as a template. Filter the Manage Supplier Line Items according to payment block locked for payment. Save your results as your own tile with the name My Blocked Supplier Line Items. a) In the SAP Fiori Launchpad, to search for the Manage Supplier Line Items tile, choose Search and click on the tile. b) On the Manage Supplier Line Items screen choose Filters. c) In the Filter field, below the Payment , choose More Filters. d) In the Select Filters field, enter Item Payment Block. e) Select Item Payment Block and choose OK. f) Under Item Payment Block, enter A, and choose Go. Note: You can optionally also save the filter as your own variant. g) Choose Share and then Save as Tile on the bottom right of the screen. h) Enter My Blocked Supplier Line Items in the field Name and choose OK. i) Choose Home. 3. a) Choose SAP Lumira. b) Choose File → New. c) Select Download from SAP Business Warehouse, then choose Next. Restart SAP Lumira. d) Enter the details from the table, and then choose Connect. 2. Create a new dataset for transient query 2CCSDSLSORDERITEMQ, which shows data for the analytical query CDS view C_SalesOrderItemQry (Incoming Sales Order). From the available fields, add Net Amount, Sales Organization, Sales Order, Sales Order Item, Material, Yr/Mo of Creation. Create a visualization 1: Geo Choropleth Chart. a) In the View dropdown field, select Info/Area b) In the Find field, enter 2CCSDSLSORDERITEMQ. Note: The transient query is based SQL view CSDSLSORDERITEMQ with prefix 2C. The corresponding view name is C_SalesOrderItemQry . c) Select the Incoming Sales Order entry and choose Next. d) Choose Display Currency and enter USD in the field with the blue border. Choose OK. e) Select Net Amount from the Measures field and click Add.

f) Select Sales Organization from the Dimensions field and click Add. g) Select Sales Order from the Dimensions field and click Add. h) Select Sales Order Item from the Dimensions field and click Add. i) Select Material from the Dimensions field and click Add. j) Select Yr/Mo of Creation from the Dimensions field and click Add. k) Choose Create. l) From the Geographic Charts field, select type Geo Bublle Chart. m) Choose Options for Sales Organization. n) Choose Create a geographic hierarchy → By name. o) Choose Confirm. p) From the Recommendations dropdown boxes for Dom. Org DE, choose Germany. q) From the Recommendations dropdown boxes for Dom. Org US, choose United States. r) Choose Done. s) Drag Net Amount from the Measures section to the Color field of the Measures section. t) Drag Geography_Sales Organization from the Dimension section to the Geography field of the Dimension section. u) Choose the Configuration button next to the name of the visualization above the top left of the map and rename the visualization title to Incoming Sales Orders by Country. 3. Create a visualization 2 and 3: Funnel Chart To create visualization 3 duplicate visualization 2 and filter on Sales Organization Dom. Sales Org US. a) To add a new visualization. choose the + button. b) From the Other Charts, select Line Chart. c) Drag Net Amount from the Measures section to the Values field of the Measures section. d) Drag Sales Order KEY from the Dimension section to the Color field of the Dimension section. e) Choose Add filters and then Sales Organization. f) Select Dom. Sales ORG DE and choose Apply. g) Choose Option and rename the visualization title to Germany /Incoming Sales Order / Net Sales in USD. h) From the context menu of visualization 2, choose Settings, then Duplicate. i) In the new duplicated Visualization, click Filter and choose Dom. Sales ORG US. j) Choose Option and rename the visualization title to United States/Incoming Sales Order / Net Sales in USD.

Create a Visualization 4: Crosstab a) Choose the + button to add a new visualization. b) From the Tables section, select Crosstab. c) Drag Net Amount to the Measures section. d) Drag Yr/Mo of Creation to the Column section. Position it so that it is first. e) Drag Sales Organization to the Rows section. f) Drag Material to the Rows section. g) Choose Option and rename the visualization title to Incoming Sales Orders by Sales Organization and Material.. 5. Compose a storyboard with your visualization, save it locally with name U##_Report and preview it. The result should look similar to the following two shown pages. a) Choose Compose. b) Name your storyboard Incoming Sales Orders. c) Name the page Geographic Overview. d) In the Templates field, choose Blank. e) Add a title (Text –> Title) and your geo chart. f) Choose + Add Page. g) Name the page Order Details. h) In the Templates field, choose Overview. i) Add a title and the remaining visualization. j) In the Name field, enter U##_Report. k) Choose Save l) Choose Preview.
