Please take note of the following conditions that will apply if you are selected to take part in this convention:
1. I commit myself to participate in the whole process, including:
To prepare myself carefully for the event and to do all remote preparation work the team will ask for such as: -Preparing half-page research concept paper for Research Project Simulation -Seek knowledge on Basic Research Elements (i.e. Introduction, Abstract, RRL, Conceptual Framework, etc.)
Implement project/research if selected by the organizer
To take part in the full duration of the event and participate in the whole evaluation process.
2. You are responsible to cover any expenses incurred from your point of origin to the convention venue and vice versa (i.e. airfare ticket/transportation, etc.). 3. RYC 2017 will cover your Participation/Registration Fee, Boarding and Lodging (accommodation), Meals, Logistic and Workshop Kits in the duration of the convention.

For foreign delegate that requires Entry-Visa, the organizer may assist but the participant is responsible for fees and processing.
4. For foreign delegate and participants coming from outside Metro Manila, transportation from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals maybe provided but should be arrange prior to the event. 5. I understand that the information I provided on my special needs does not remove my own personal responsibility for ensuring my own health.
