DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENT The instrument that will be used in this study will be based from the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale developed by Dr. Morris Rosenberg in 1953 at the University of Maryland. The questionnaire was designed to measure self-esteem of adults. On this study, the questionnaire will be used to measure the self-esteem level of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. It will be translated in FIlipino to facilitate better undestanding. It will also be paraphrased into two different set of questions to be used as pre- and post-tests.
