ROAD DESIGN A. Base Data yang Diperlukan 1. Base Surface dimana jalan akan dibuat, dapat berupa: - Original Topography Surface, atau - Disturbed Topography Surface, seperti daerah penambangan saat ini. 2. Template, yaitu bentuk dasar pembuat jalan, contoh: - Crown - SEP5 (Super Elevation + 5%), dan SEM5 - Safety_Berm dan Drain Note: - Perlu dibuatkan design file yang khusus untuk menyimpan template jalan, contoh: Road_Templates.DGN, lalu aktifkan dengan Minescape. Minescape: MAGION ROAD_TEMPLATES Menu Road Templates Magicad: APPLICATION > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD TEMPLATES Membuat dan meng-edit template jalan Magicad: APPLICATION > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD TEMPLATES > Edit Templates 1. Template untuk CROWN

BATTER BENCHES Pengaturan bentuk Cut dan Fill disepanjang jalan yang dilalui Magicad: APPLICATION > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD SETUP > Batter Benches Pilihan bench method : - Paralel : mengikuti perubahan elevasi jalan dengan jarak relatif tetap - Horizontal : selalu level horizontal (elevasi teratur) - None : cut saja, tanpa benching

C. Membuat Jalan Urutan langkah: 1. Aktifkan Road Design File melalui Minescape: Minescape: MAGION ROADS, atau ROAD_DESIGNS 2.

Buat group baru yang namanya disesuaikan dengan nama jalan pada B.6., misalkan: Road1

3.

Membuat atau meng-identifikasi Road Centre Line - Buat elemen garis sebagai road centre line, seperti bikin garis biasa - Minescape : CREATE > Line - Lakukan initial jalan a. Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD SETUP > Long Sections ..F12 b. Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD SETUP > Set Defaults c. Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD SETUP > Set Current Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > Initial Line Note: - Initial line, dilakukan dengan meng-click pada elemen garis yang merupakan road centre line - Akan tampak garis hijau dengan tanda * pada titik chainage

4.

Mengatur lengkungan horizontal (horizontal adjustment) Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > HORIZONTAL > Curve

Note: - Click pada setiap sudut dimana adjustment diperlukan dan gerakkan mouse ke pusat radius putar, hingga tidak terdengar beep. Beep terjadi jika radius putar lebih kecil dari radius minimum. - Tekan Q untuk quit 5.

Men-drape centre line Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > VERTICAL > Drape Mendrape adalah menempatkan road centre line pada permukaan topography dimana jalan akan dibuat.

Meng-edit vertical section Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > VERTICAL > Create Section

a.

Menyisipkan vertical alignment untuk menyesuaikan dengan kondisi original topography Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > VERTICAL >Insert

b.

Mengurangi/menghapus vertical alignment Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > VERTICAL > MOVE MOVE VERTICAL > Delete

- Tekan Q untuk quit, lalu perhatikan kotak dialog. Jika maximum road grade terlampaui, ulangi step di atas. c.

Menghapus semua insert dan move, gunakan RE-INITIALIZE Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > VERTICAL > Re-initialize

Isikan start dan end elevation. 7.

Commit terhadap vertical road alignment Jika cukup puas melakukan vertical adjustment pada step 6 di atas,maka vertical road alignment perlu di commit Magicad: APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD ALIGNMENT > VERTICAL > Commit Alignment

8.

Menerapkan template jalan Terapkan template untuk setiap segment jalan dan juga pada titik chainage (tanda *), masing-masing pada bagian kiri dan kanan jalan. Catatan : sebelumnya tampilkan pada arah top dan pastikan arah point dari kiri ke kanan Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD TEMPLATES > Apply Templates

9.

Membangkitkan jalan Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD TEMPLATES > Generate Road Akan ditanyakan, (do you want edge templates ?) apakah akan diterapkan template tepi jalan (edge template) seperti safety berm, drains, dsb. Jika dijawab Ya, maka terapkan template yang sesuai untuk kondisi cut dan juga fill yang dilalui Jalan. Note:

- Kondisi cut, edge template yang diterapkan adalah drain - Kondisi fill, edge template yang diterapkan adalah berm 10.

Membuat surface jalan Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD SURFACES > Road Surface

Membangkitkan road batter and benches Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > CUT AND FILL > Generate Batters Pilih spesifikasi Batter and Benches yang sesuai untuk jalan jalan yang sedang di disain.(kalo pilihan hanya ada 1 maka dua kali pilih, satu untuk kiri dan satu untuk kanan)

12.

Membangkitkan surface yang meliputi jalan dan cut/fill batters Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD SURFACES > Batter Surfaces

13.

Menghasilkan cross section jalan Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > CROSS SECTION > Generate Sections Pilih spesifikasi cross section yang diinginkan

14.

Menghitung volume cut and fill jalan berdasarkan cross section Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD VOLUMES > Section Volumes

15.

Menghitung volume cut and fill berdasarkan original surface dan road surface Magicad : APPLICATIONS > ROAD DESIGN > ROAD VOLUMES > Surfaces Volumes
