A very young artist! One day last week, James Frear sold fifteen of his paintings for £19,000 in a sale which lasted just twenty-seven minutes. And he’s still only ten years old! James started painting a year ago, and already people from all over the world are buying his work. His first picture was of Tigger, his pet cat, but these days he prefers to paint houses and shops he sees in the city where he lives. His mum gave him his first box of paints one wet day when he was bored. She isn’t very interested in art but his dad loves it and paints as a hobby.
