“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRPERSON ALEXIS S. SALONGA AND SK TREASURER CEDRIC JOHN D. MIEGO TO OPEN, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, ENDORSE OR NEGOTIATE CHECK, OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES- BALANGA BRANCH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES REGARDING THE ACCOUNT OF “BRGY. MARIA FE, ORANI SK” WHEREAS, the passage of republic Act 10742 also known as “SK Reform Act of 2015” Provides for the establishment of Sangguniang Kabataan. Its main purpose is to afford the youth a medium to effectively express their views and opinions and to participate in barangay governance. In order to fulfil its mandate to uplift the general welfare of youth, it should assume the role as active, supportive and participating partner of the government in formulating programs, projects, strategies and other initiatives. It is provided with powers and resources to become partners in nationbuilding. WHEREAS, in accordance to the above provision of the law, sangguniang kabataan Council are obliged to open an account to any government depository bank for all the transactions to be made by the federation.

WHEREAS, it is a noble intention of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Maria Fe to safeguard all the funds that may be collected by the SK Municipal or Provincial in the Exercise of its power an as well as those shares coming from the lower federation.

WHEREAS, Landbank of the Philippines – Balanga Branch shall be the official depository bank of “BRGY. MARIA FE ORANI SK” since the seat of the BRGY. MARIA FE is situated at Orani;

Hon. JONEL L. SALAZAR SK – Councilor

WHEREAS, Hon. Alexis S. Salonga and Cedric John D. Miego are hereby authorize to OPEN, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, ENDORSE OR NEGOTIATE CHECK, OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES and shall be the official signatories of all the transactions to be made under the account of “BRGY. MARIA FE ORANI SK” by virtue of being elected officers of the federation.

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. JOHN MICHAEL B. FONSECA and duly seconded by all the members present to pass and approve “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRPERSON ALEXIS S. SALONGA AND SK TREASURER CEDRIC JOHN D. MIEGO TO OPEN,

DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, ENDORSE OR NEGOTIATE CHECK, OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES- BALANGA BRANCH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES REGARDING THE ACCOUNT OF “BRGY. MARIA FE, ORANI SK.” RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to forward copies of this resolution to concerned authorities for their information and action. UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
