UC2F1110SE Yong Hong Man Tp019751 RESM Introduction In current education era, education system has become one of the most important systems to the education field which can help to reduce the workload of a lecturer and help to deliver their teaching easier. There is tons of education software which can help to the student to gain more knowledge in the field where they want to learn. One of the great examples will be Elearning software. E-learning is the use of technology where you can obtain all the information via electronically form which can support learning and teaching. Besides that, E-learning is a web based education system which can help to guide the student on their question regarding to the field of education subject. E- Learning is work as a global centralizes system which can help to gather all the information of education knowledge and store in one database. The user will need to use internet browser to get access to it. Even the excellent student has their own question due to the subject they are not familiar with. Thus, the purpose of this project is to develop an E-leaning web based system which can help to improve the teaching skill of the lecturer and provide an extra leaning environment for the student on anytime anywhere as long as they can connect to the global internet. In this project, the E-learning has been chosen will focus on the field of chemistry. This is due to the field has less information on all over the internet and it's hard to find a suitable platform for sharing the knowledge. This system will able to provide more feasibility to the student where there are some pass year trial exam paper which can let the student test their knowledge. This system will able to help student to integrate with the student all around the world and share their knowledge in this platform. Last but now lease it is an excellent reason of choosing this as the topic of this project.

With the knowledge and technology that were getting modern and moving forward, the education does the same way. During the education happen in the secondary school or college, it's happen where insufficient staff to teach the student within the giver time. (Dursun Alaskan ,Effie L-c Law & Sezai Taskin.2012). According to the subject of Business Environment, there are few of the factors which causes worker insufficient in a time. One of the factor will be the worker are changing their job to another position. To overcome this problem, an E-learning system will be needed to help manage the work of the lecturer. With the help of E-learning system, only one lecturer will need to upload the exercise of related information to the system to let the student access. Another problem that arises in education field will be learning environment issues such as class size. (Dursun Alaskan ,Effie L-c Law & Sezai Taskin.2012). Class size will be one of the factors where the student can't have enough attention to receiver what was delivered by the lecturer. A class size with a big capacity will be able to include lots of student, thus the voice of the lecturer will be also affected by some common issues such as voice reduction and noise. On the other hand, student might feel shy and shame to ask question in a class with large amount of student. This will result misunderstanding and reduce of passion to study where they have to one to ask. Due to the problem on listed on top, E-learning could be the solution for them. E-learning is not just a system which can use to deliver teaching materials on anytime, but it's also a platform where student can ask question face to face using technology such as live messenger chat. The student that might feel shy to ask question in class can have a private connection chat with the lecturer using the E-learning system. With this system student can gain confident to ask whatever they want via the system. The lecturer also can upload the teaching material to the system for those student cant record during the class. This can overcome the problem of noisy environment which causes student can't pay attention during the class.

On the other hand, issues on individual behavioral could bring a negative impact to learn. Individual behavioral such as late to class and not paying attentions at class are the example. Several of the articles have shown that student with behavioral problem could bring negative impact in their study. (Dursun Alaskan ,Effie L-c Law & Sezai Taskin.2012). However, these issues can be fixed by changing the teaching style to be attractive in creative way. The brain of the human will capture the memory easier with multimedia or colors rather than plain text. Using E-learning to teach in the class will definitely improve the interest of student to study.Difficulties In communicating and understanding which result communication barriers? (Ruth & Wing 2002) communication barriers such as unable to understand the slang of different region could result misunderstanding. Insufficient time to cover most of the topic.(Kirti and Vasudeva,2008). The lecturer will always insufficient time to cover most of the topic, even they does, it's just not enough to deliver all the knowledge to the student. Studies are being made of how students use ICT to support learning delivered by conventional methods. (Rourke, 2002). Nowadays, technology has been use to improve the teaching in education environment. This is to ensure they can motivate the student to study with more interest and to create social climate equivalent to that found in classroom. (Oren, 2002) This time the learning content is also in the digital form. It is no longer enough to write the mathematical formula on the blackboard and expect students to copy it without thinking. The use of technology has brought a new interactive dimension to the learning content. (Milan, 2010)

To able to accomplish this aim, there will be several objectives that need to be follow:  E-learning with grid technology supporting to achieve better teaching deliverable.  Provide an ideal learning environment and teaching design method with combination of technology.  Reduce communication barriers faced by student via E-learning.  Provide education resources anytime with internet access.  To create a platform where everyone can share their knowledge and learn from it.  To make study become more attractive and innovated.

(CHSBS.2008) There will be two types of categories with these questions, which are Domain research question and Technical research question. Within the question itself, there will be classified into 'User Question' and 'Researcher Question'.

UC2F1110SE Yong Hong Man Tp019751 RESM Research Design In the final year, there will be two stage of doing research data which are the first stage and second stage. In the primary research, there will be questionnaire, user survey based on internet or face to face will be applied to gather information. The questionnaire will be self administered type which will distribute through internet or mail. This benefit of this technique is to investigate the interest of the user towards this field and also understand what the user need. The sampling method will be using is self-selection sampling. This kind of sampling mostly will use internet to publish and get result from the user who do the sampling. The selfselection sampling also can send through email and get their feedback when replied. The advantages of this sampling method are to save up time where you could select the recipients whom you find suitable for. On the other hand, the potential unit or people will likely take part to the study where they can help in providing more opinion and comment to the sampling question. The target user of the questionnaire will be above age of 16. The position of the user will be student and the lecturer. Since this system is an E-learning system, student as the target user will be able to provide some useful feedback as they will use this system. Besides that, a prototype of system can also be launch to let the user use to gain feedback in order to modify the program to better. The second stage of research stage will be gather data information from the sources such as journal, books, and conferences paper and internet resources. The researcher must specify the type of journal, books or conferences paper based on keyword of the selection topic. This can help to improve the speed when finding the related information. Besides that, a literature review can be done to find out the similar problem statement and barriers that could be facing on the selected field. Literature review that have been done can use as a citation or references to show more convincing evidence statement. This research method has been selected is due to it is a time and cost saving method compare to the survey form. Last but not lease when these two stages of Research has been done, a justification of the data need to be done to come a conclusion.

One of the limitation for the developer is, the developer must have certain knowledge on creating website and need to familiar with some programming language such as C# ASP.NET. Without the knowledge of those programming language, the developer might hard to develop an online system which will enable user to have face to face connection. Furthermore an E-learning system is still consider on babe growing stage in the market nowadays, it's hard to researcher to find information about how to create a ideal E-learning system. When an E-learning system need to be use widely, stability and maintenance are the most important issues needed to be consider. A website need server to host in order to get a fast respond form the website, thus the researcher need to rent a server which can use to host the website. The limitation could be the price of hosting a website. Even though there is some free hosting server available for website, however the performance and the stability could be a challenged. Last but not lease that, a security issues could be a threat to the user of the system. When the E-learning want to become the platform of all over the world, the privacy and personal information of the users has to be highly protected. Fraud and theft could be common security issues in the internet world, thus the code to develop the system must be secure in order to provide a protected zone of system. Researcher will face challenge where the knowledge of secure coding of the researcher is week. However this problem can be overcome by reading through the articles and learn from the internet resources.
