Rejuvenation Regeneration Reiki Rejuvenation Regeneration Reiki connects you to the Source Energy and your Higher Self for healing, recharging, regeneration of your body, mind, and spirit. This system works in the physical realm to help with physical illness, aging, and etc. It also helps in the mental healing by working to regeneration and rejuvenation your mind and mental health. This system works to help rejuvenate and lift your spirit in a way that is very closely connected to the Source Energy. By being strongly connected to Source Energy in this way, you are able to not only heal all kinds of issues, but also consciously feel healthy, happy, and filled with love! Rejuvenation Regeneration Reiki There are times when we simply feel a bit tired or exhausted which may come from trying to do too much, or illness, or possibly just being around a lot of negativity throughout the day. These are symptoms of stress of various kinds. Often we can just find some quiet time and still our mind with meditation to release this kind of exhaustion, but this does not always relieve the tired feelings. The energies of this system will help you to recharge, and energize quickly. I have seen so many people lately drinking energy drinks which give them a quick burst of energy, but what they do not realize is that in doing this, they are most likely going to create future health problems. It is much safer to use the ethereal and source energies to recharge your energies, and rejuvenate. Often someone may have an injury or accident and may need to heal quickly and easily. Rejuvenation refreshes and revitalizes your health, skin, body, mind, and spirit for a heathy happy feeling and beautiful appearance. When someone is rejuvenated, they are glowing with an energetic vibration of youth, vitality, and sheer joy! Regeneration does even more. Regeneration goes a step beyond Rejuvenation. Regeneration brings healing as the physical body tissue healing and regrows. Regeneration brings forth a new leaf, stem, or flower where one has been picked off. Rejuvenation Regeneration Reiki Symbol To use this symbol, you can draw it in the palms of your hands with your finger and then place your palms together to run the energies. Visualize the Source light giving birth to the new, to the vitality, to the essence of your body, mind, and soul. Allow yourself to feel these wonderful energies. The symbol is the burst of life energy from which all life grows. It flows up, reaching higher, higher, higher towards ascension and healing, joy and new light and life, always expanding. Always growing. Always achieving, reaching higher, healing, laughter, unconditional love. In that feeling, you will find completeness, and peace. All wonderous miracles are possible through source energy. Step into it and allow yourself to become one with it. The healing you receive will amaze you. And with that, comes that healthy glow of youthfulness, as your true self, shines! Use these energies as often as you feel guided to. You can also print this page and cut out the symbol and place it under a white, green, or pink candle in a safe candle holder. Place your palms together and run the energies. Think of positive results and allow Source

energy to flow through you, around you, within you, and allow yourself to feel this joy! Using this symbol and the energies of Rejuvenation Regeneration Reiki will help you to achieve healing, happiness, love, sheer joy and more. Being within the energies helps you to expand all of the positive energies within you and to achieve what to some may seem like miracles. True healing comes from being within the light, the joy, the happiness—because when you are there—you cannot have your focus on being ill or the dis-ease. Instead, when you allow yourself to step within this energy of love, light and source, and allow yourself to feel true joy—there is no negative energies or illness in those moments. The goal is to use the energies often. To enjoy it and allow yourself to feel alive and loved and be one with source energies so that these energies of uncondional love and light actually can regenerate one by one, damaged or unhealthy cells. With each new cell—health and joy are coming to you, bringing change for the highest good. Bringing healing, laughter, and one by one, you are becoming new. I believe—I believe ALL things are possible. One cell, one step, one breath at a time—Oneness with source—and JOY! To Receive This Distance Attunement: To receive your attunement, you will need about 20 to 30 minutes of quiet time to receive the energies of the attunement. You may receive the attunement distantly, as chi ball, or in person. When you are ready for your attunement, get comfortable, relax, and take three deep breaths, exhaling slowly to relieve any stress of the day. Then when you are ready, say, “I accept this attunement for (name of attunement, and level if appropriate) from (name of teacher) now.” Then just relax and allow the energies to flow in to you, and enjoy it. You will receive the attunement in the same way, no matter how it is sent to you. The difference in the methods of sending attunements varies, but the actual receiving of any attunement is always the same. To Send This Distance Attunement: This attunement can be passed in person, distantly, or as chi ball method. The attunement is passed with intention in the manner that works best for you. Each person is a bit different in how they like to pass attunements— some use crystals, some use meditation, or soft music, chanting, or many other personal ways to increase power and ease of sending or passing

attunements. It is my belief that each teacher knows what is the most comfortable, enjoyable, and powerful way that works best for them to pass on attunements, and whenever passing attunements you should always follow your guidance. Here is the basic method: Get comfortable and relax. Take three deep breaths and exhale slowly to release any stress or tensions of the day. When you are ready, say, “I ask that (name of person being attuned) be attuned to (name of attunement, and level if appropriate) on (date and time). If the attunement is sent as chi ball, you must create the energy sphere by creating energy between the palms of your hands, (move them closer together and out again—back and forth with your palms facing each other to build the energy), and use visualization to see the sphere or chi ball. Then place the attunement energies inside the chi ball or energy sphere with visualization as you say, “I ask that (name of person being attuned) be attuned to (name of attunement and level if appropriate). I ask that the energies of this attunement be placed within this chi ball and that the energies be kept pure until (name of person being attuned) accepts this attunement. I ask that this (name of attunement) chi ball go now to (name of person being attuned) and continue to float around (him or her) until he or she calls it in and accepts this attunement. I thank you. And so it is.” Again, I stress this is a basic way to send this attunement as chi ball and you as teacher should always pass attunements in the way that is best for you with pure intention. You may want to seal the chi ball sphere with angelic protection to keep the energies within the sphere pure until the student calls in the attunement. You can do this by simply asking the Angels, or specific Angel like Archangel Michael to seal the energies with angelic light to protect them and keep them pure until they are received by the student. But again, you should do this in your own way. Always use the method and means of protection that work best for you.
May you be filled with pure Source energy and expand with joy, love, and health each and every day! And so it is.
