(14.11.2005) The following are details of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 21 January 1952 referred to in the Charges Register:"THE Purchaser for himself and the persons deriving title under him and to the intent and so that this covenant shall be binding upon and run with the property hereby conveyed into whosesoever hands the same may come for the benefit of the owners or occupiers for the time being of the remainder of the said larger plot of land now or formerly belonging to the Vendors or any part thereof hereby covenants with the Vendors and their successors and assigns that he will at all times hereafter observe the following restrictions stipulations and conditions namely: (a) Nothing but private dwellinghouses and not more than the number allowed by any Town Planning Scheme affecting the plot of land hereby conveyed with the usual outbuildings belonging thereto including garages to be erected on the plot of land hereby conveyed such dwellinghouse outbuildings and garages to be within the Building Line shewn on the said plan and such dwellinghouses shall have not less total floor space that One thousand five hundred square feet on the ground and first floors combined. (b)The Purchaser shall at his own expense before the First day of April One thousand nine hundred and fifty two fence off the plot of land hereby conveyed from the adjoining property on the South with a creosote post and rail or other suitable fence to the satisfaction of the Vendors and shall for ever thereafter keep the same in good repair and condition. THE Vendors reserve to themselves and their succesors in title the right to alter and re-arrange the lotting of the unsold portion of their neighbouring estate and the position of roads building lines and other matters or to abandon any road but not so as to interfere with the access to the plot of land hereby conveyed and also the right to sell any lot free from the restrictions stipulations and conditions herein contained or any of them and to release any lot sold from such restrictions stipulations and conditions or any of them."
