Respected Sir,

I Mrs Rashmita Daulat Patel, wife of DJ Patel (Daulat Jamat bhana Patel) has been deserted by my husband and left to fend for myself and my two daughters. I have approached Family Court Bandra, Mumbai for maintenance u/s 125 CRPC and the Hon’ble court was pleased to pass an order of maintenance of Rs 10,000/- for myself and my two daughters. My husband has stated before the Hon’ble Court that he is earning Rs 30,000/30,000/ - pm. I have produced before the Hon’ble court a salary slip (attached along with this application) dated Oct 2011.  2011.  

The Hon’ble family court has asked me to produce salary slip of my husband Mr DJ Patel so as to reconsider the maintenance amount of Rs 10,000/- in the light of current information when produced.

Hence, I approach you to kindly provide me current 3 months salary slip copies of my husband mr D.J Patel.

I am interested party being his dependent wife and pursuing the case in court for maintenance.

I am ready to bear necessary expenses if any for the same. I am attaching court fee stamps of Rs 20 along with this application.

I am attaching the salary slip copy of Oct 2011 for your y our kind perusal.

 

Please help the destitute woman by providing current/recent last 3 months salary slips and I will be obliged.
