After ten months! months! respondent was nowhere to be found. Complainant! with with the help of an informer! informer! was able to locate respondent who turned out to have transferred his residence to 0a1ati City. 2pon confrontation! respondent retorted retorted that he could not give bac1 the title to the land. nstead! he offered to buy the property.
