How does the QCF support employers?

Outcome 12 (Regulation 21) RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES Workers must have the qualifications, skills and experience which are necessary for the work to be performed Outcome 13 (Regulation 22) STAFFING LEVELS Numbers of suitably qualified, skilled and experienced persons employed for the purpose of carrying on the regulated activities Outcome 14 (Regulation 23) TRAINING AND SUPPORT Supporting workers by ensuring that they receive appropriate training, professional development, development, supervision and appraisal. In addition, workers should be enabled to obtain further qualifications appropriate to the work they perform.
