RECENT EMPLOYMENT HISTORY JEFFERIES LLC. New York, NY QA ARCHITECT / HEAD OF QA (2011 – 2014)

Rebuilt QA organization by establishing QA Framework, restructure the existing Quality Assurance team, and managed on-site / off-shore vendor team. Reduced QA cost center financial budget by more than 50 percent, and increased QA productivity by over 500 percent.

Established and defined the strategy for GME QA in-line with Deutsche Bank’s business strategy and global operating model.  Established the QA processes and standards for GME OMS QA.  Built the new OMS Service QA team of 4 QA engineers in our new development center located in Cary, North Carolina at the beginning of 2010. Trained and modeled the team to become a high performance team which had handled 3 critical Agile GME SOA projects (FIX ACT, IOI Service, and Position Management Service) before the end of the year and received very good feedbacks from ITPMs, developers, and business stakeholders.  Defined clear role and responsibilities for OMS QA across our Moscow development center QA team, Cary NC development center QA Team, New York System Integration QA Team, and offshore IBM vendor Regression Test teams. Identified short-term objectives and adjusted short-term strategy in order to achieve long term goals.

Organized 31 indexed test scripts representing more than 20,000 test cases into the Enterprise Test Repository, enabling full-cycle functional testing for all modules of Fidessa’s enterprise solutions. Championed the use of HP Quality Center for manual and automated test management, resulting in well planned, repeatable, and transparent test results. Introduced data and keyword driven automated testing across the division, significantly reducing testing cycle time, and eliminating the human error factor in test execution. Successfully implemented the automation project for Routing Rule, Intra-day Crossing Execution Service, NMS Market Depth, Auto-allocation, Manning, LORA, RegSHO, RegNMS, as well as OATS, OTS, and ACT reports.
