PUBLICE NOTICE STAY ORDER AGAINST INDIAN BANK INDIAN Bank is directed to not to take possession and not to confrm sale o the aoremenoned properes: {

} It is hereby made made known to all, that my client has has fled S.A no o 2020 beore the Hon’ble D.R.T, Jabalpur against classifcaon o his loan account as N.P.A by Indian Bank and e-aucon dated..........being conducted by Indian Bank in an arbitrary manner and the Honorable D.R.T has been pleased to grant the ollowing order dated ..........: The respondent Bank is directed not to take possession of the properes and respondent Bank is  permied to conduct the aucon but sale shall not be conrmed 

Be it known to all that the maer is pending beore the Hon’ble D.R.T (Court) and common public is advised to peruse the aoremenoned order beore parcipang in the e-aucon process and take the well inormed decision decision beore invesng hard earned money.
