PROJECT PROPOSAL I-PROJECT TITLE:

CHRISTMAS CAMPORAL Theme: “Scouting: Creating a Better World”

II- BACKGROUND/ RATIONALE: The aim of scouting is to make children aware of their responsibilities as member and leader of the school community and the country so they may play a constructive role in the society as responsible citizens and members of their local and international communities. In line with this, Bigaa Elementary School is planning to conduct a joint BSP-GSP school encampment entitled: Christmas Camporal. The Encampment will bring into their lives the reality and the wonders of the scouting and realized the scouting major objectives. III- SCHEDULE: December 17-18, 2014 Wednesday- Thursday Bigaa Elementary School Bigaa, Legazpi City PEOPLE INVOLVED: BSP/ GSP Coordinators, faculty members, scouters, parents, students and registered Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of Bigaa Chapter IV- OBJECTIVES:  To enhance the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual skills of scouts  Learn the basic life skills in scouting  Participate in activities that promote responsible citizenship and leadership A.
