RATIONALE: As manda mandated ted by RA 7079 7079 also also known known as CAMPU CAMPUS S JOURNA JOURNALIS LISM M ACT ACT of 1991, 1991, th the e proponents planned to conduct series of training workshops for campus journalists and sta which will enable them to acquire and develop their journalisc and literary skills, specically in wring. This acvity would also help our campus journalists to prepare in the upcoming Division Schools Press Conference which will be held on September 26-27, 2019 and to prepare the sta in the producon of the campus paper. Since the school paper advisers also have other concerns and dues other than school publicaon, hence they sll have not given full aenon to the training of pupil journalists. It is on this maer that the proponents designed a project proposal to have training in campus journalism.

OBJECTIVES: General: Develop the journalisc and literary skills of the campus journalists and sta in the eld of news, editorial, sports, feature, etc. through the lectures and workshops provided by the facilitators.
