Menghantar borang Mutual Acceptance Form (MAF) –F1 yang telah ditandatangani oleh pelajar dan penyelia kepada pensyarah kursus. 5. Berbincang dengan penyelia secara terperinci berkenaan cadangan projek dan mengisi borang Proposal Outline Form – F2 6. Menghantar borang F2 untuk disemak oleh pensyarah kursus. 7. Membentang cadangan projek untuk dinilai dan ditapis oleh pensyarah kursus. 8. Berbincang dengan penyelia dari masa ke semasa dan mengisi Proposal In Progress Form –F3 untuk setiap pertemuan. 9. Membentang perkembangan cadangan projek kepada penyelia kursus. 10. Menyediakan kertas kerja cadangan projek yang lengkap mengikut format yang disediakan 11. Menghantar kertas kerja yang lengkap kepada pensyarah kursus 12. Membuat pembentangan cadangan projek dihadapan pensyarah kursus, penilai dan penyelia 13.
