Dimensión coronaria menor. Raíces proporcionalmente más largas. Más angostas en cervical.  Ápices más agudos . Molares: raíces más aplanadas curvadas y convergentes en apical . 6. Bifurcación radicular más cerca de cervical . 7. Menor grosor adamantino y dentario . 8. Mayor tamaño de cámara pulpar en relación a piezas definitivas  Compromiso pulpar precoz . 9. No hay demarcación clara entre la cámara pulpar y el conducto. 10. Cuernos pulpares más agudos y grandes. 11. No hay demarcación clara entre cámara pulpar y conductos .
