总则 General 本守则适用于制造完工的容器的压力试验。 This regulation is applied to pressure test for finishing manufacture vessels.

2.

 

罐体进行压力试验时，监检人员应当到现场进行监督检验。 Pressure test for tank should be carried out under the supervision of inspector.

二

压力试验前的准备工作 Preparation work before pressure test.

1.

人员要求：

 

Personnel requirements:   具有高度的责任心和认真的工作态度；

With high sense of responsibility and serious working attitude;   经过相应的岗前培训并具有丰富的压力试验操作经验；

After corresponding training for the job and have rich experience in operating pressure test;   了解运行工艺原理，熟悉本工艺文件及所用设备、仪器的原理性能。

Understand the process principle, familiar with the process documents and the principle of equipment and instrument used performance. 2.

 

设备、场地要求： Equipment、site requirements:   压力试验前，罐体各连接部位的紧固螺栓，应当装配齐全，紧固妥当；

Fixed bolt on connecting parts of the tank shall be fully assembled and properly secured before pressure test.   试验用压力表必须采用用两个量程相同并经过校验合格的压力表，压力表的量程

在试验压力的2 倍左右为宜，但不应低于1.5 倍和高于3 倍的试验压力。压力表 有效期为6 个月，所使用的压力表需在有效期范围内。试验用压力表应当安装在 被试验罐体顶部便于观察的位置。压力试验时，罐体上焊接的临时受压元件， 被试验罐体顶部便于观察的位置。 压力试验时，罐体上焊接的临时受压元件，应 应 当采取适当的措施，保证其强度和安全性。 Pressure test must use two check-qualified pressure pr essure gauges of same range.  pressure. The pressure gauge is valid for 6 months, and and it must be within the validity  period when used. It shall be installed at the top of the tank to be easily observed. Appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure the temporary compression element welded on the tank strength and safety during the test.   压力试验应在可靠的有安全防护措施专用场地进行，并且经过单位技术负责人和

压力试验

1 .

容器的开孔补强圈应在压力试验前通入0.4~0.5MPa 的压缩空气检查焊接接头质量， 检查时在焊缝表面涂肥皂水，无气泡为合格。 Before the pressure test, compressed air of 0.4~0.5MPa (normal pressure vessel is 0.1MPa) should be filled into the reinforcing ring of vessel to check the quality qualit y of welding joint. Spray suds on welding seam surface when check.  No bubble for qualified. qualified. ,

容器上所有接管法兰和管口，应用公称压力相应的阀门工装进行封堵。有法兰盖时， 应直接用法兰盖封口。 All the connecting flanges and nozzles on the vessel should be seale d wi th a auxi uxi lia li ar y tto ools

保压期间不得采用连续加压来维持试验压力。试验过程中不得带压紧固螺栓或对受压 元件施加外力。 It is not supposed to pressurize continuously to hold test pressure during inspection. During the test, push fixed bolt or bringing external force to pressure part are not allowed.

压力试验过程中，不得进行与试验无关的工作，无关人员不得进入试验现场或者停留。 

During the test, irrelevant work is forbidden and irrelevant person are rejected to stay there. 6 .

在确认容器内无压力后可拆卸试验系统和临时附件。气压试验在试验压力下禁止碰撞 和敲击容器。 When there is pressure in the vessel ,shall not be any repair of the pressure parts, If the vessel repair welding and bolts etc,Test system s ystem and temporary accessories can be removed after the confirmation that there is no pressure in the container. Collision and percussion of vessel is prohibited during pressure test.

液压试验 Hydraulic test

1.

试验压力按图样规定。

 

Test pressure should be accordance with drawing. 2.

 

试验介质采用水，水的氯离子含量不超过25mg/L。试验合格后应当立即将水渍清除 干净。 Water is used in the test as a medium and the chloride ion of it is not more than 25mg/L. Water stain shall be cleaned up immediately after passing the test.

3.

 

罐体内应当充满液体，滞留在罐体内的气体应当排净，罐体外表面应当保持干燥。 The tank should be filled with liquid, discharged all the air in it and kept tank surface dry.

4.

 

液压试验时压力应缓慢上升，升压至设计压力，检查确认无泄漏等异常现象后，继续 升压至试验压力，保压时间不少于30min，然后将压力降至设计压力，并保持足够长 的时间以对所有焊接接头和连接部位进行检查。 Pressure shall increase to the design pressure slowly during hydraulic test. After checking and confirming no leakage and other abnormal phenomena, continue to increase the pressure until it reaches the test pressure, keep the pressure not less than 30min usually. Then

decrease the pressure to the design pressure and keep a long time to inspect all welding  joints and connecting positions. positions. 5.

 No unusual sound during during test

气压试验 Pneumatic test

1.

气压试验一般采用干燥、洁净的空气，也可按图样要求采用氮气或其它惰性气体。

 

Pneumatic test usually uses dry and clean air. Nitrogen or other inert gases are also allowed according to the design requirements. 2.

 

气压试验时，试验温度（罐体器壁金属温度）应当比罐体器壁金属无延性转变温度至 少高30℃(见表一)。 During pneumatic test, test temperature (Tank wall metal temperature) shall be higher than the tank wall metal Nil-ductility Transition Temperature at least 30 ℃. (See Table 1)

If leak, re-test after pressure relief and repair. After the  preliminary leak test is qualified, increase the pressure slowly to 50％of indicated test  pressure, then increase pressure to the indicated test pressure with a 10％range of indicated test pressure. Keep the pressure for enough time and decrease the pressure to design pressure. Keep this pressure for a long time and start sta rt a leak inspection, the pressure should be kept constant during the inspection. 5.

 

气压试验过程中，压力容器无异常响声，经肥皂液或其他检漏液检查无漏气，无可见 的变形即为合格。 During the test, if no abnormal noise, no visible transformation and no leak inspected by liquid soap or other detection liquid, it is qualified.

6.

 

气压到规定试验压力后，缓慢降压到设计压力，保持不少于30min 检查时间，检查期 间压力应当保持不变，检查完成后泄压到无压力。容器上的发泡液随后清洗干净。 The pressure is decreased to design pressure after it has reached the indicated test pressure and maintain 30min at least for inspection. The pressure shall be remained unchanged during inspection and decreased to no pressure after inspection. Then clean the foaming liquid on the vessel.
