Prep for Meditation “Breathing is important in meditation” Breathing

Safe quite comfortable place. Close your eyes quieten your thoughts by focusing on your breath. Breathing in, breathing out focus on the rhythm of your own breath. Breathe in and out naturally and see what the body does. Notice how it moves. Imagine a perfectly smooth lake initially the lake has few ripples in it but as your breath in and out these ripples smooth out. Those ripples represent your thoughts and as the thoughts calm down so does the lake. Now imagine holding some helium balloons in one of your hands. The balloons are tied to strings and in one of your hands you are holding the strings which goes to the balloon and every time you feel a thought enter your mind that you would like to dismiss just imagine letting go of one of those helium filled balloons and it floats away and as it floats away, your thoughts float away leaving you relaxed and at ease, and allowing you to focus on your breathing. Every time a thought enters your mind that you do not want just let it float away by releasing the helium balloon. Do for five minutes before meditating.
Breathing
Now you are focused on your breathing and understand the importance of breathing. I want you to imagine that your body is a glass cylinder. Continue focusing on your breathing and imagine your body is a glass cylinder. Imagine the sun in pouring a warm relaxing liquid into the top of the cylinder so the warm relaxing liquid pours in thorough the top and begins to slowly fill the cylinder from the bottom upward. So from the bottom of your feet to the top of the head the liquid will surround you. You are safe and relaxed. This is the technique of cleansing yourself. Cleansing your spirit, cleansing your emotions. So the liquid now moves up slowly to your knees and continues moving up your leg, moves to your hips and thighs, the warm, soothing cleansing liquid pouring in from the top of the cylinder moving upward now to your abdominal area relaxing you, cleansing you, healing you. Absorbing all the negativity from your soul, from your astral body, taking it right out of your astral body. The warm soothing relaxing liquid now moves up to your chest, your arms, you are soaking in the fluid though relaxed. Your hands feel good the fluid moves up to your shoulders and up your neck to your eyes and you are safe and relaxed. It moves to the top of your head. You are able to breathe easily naturally. Now notice the fluid turning a darker colour. Similar to the oil change on a car. This fluid is now collecting contaminants removing them from your body and soul and so it becomes dark like used oil. Dark brown. Now imagine the bottom of the cylinder opens and the fluid pours out through the bottom, down to your shoulders, down
Cleanse (cylinder)
Protect (white light)
to your chest. Down to your abdominal area, down to your hips, down to your ankles till every drop drains out.
I want you to imagine that the rays from the sun are coming down like a laser and it is focused on your naval chakra and feel that beam warming this area and feel the energy radiating outwards now. A sphere of ball of powerful energy radiating outward. Radiates out, out, out until it is surrounding your body in a protective white light.
Need more energy.
More alert. To prevent falling asleep inhale and exhale quite rapidly through nostrils (sounds like a dog panting). Mouth closed, note rapid breathing short equal duration. Limit the duration to 10 seconds maximum. Probably you will need to do one repetition then pause for 5 seconds and then another repetition.
Just for meditation: Take the tip of your finger and push it against the top of your mouth just behind your front upper teeth and keep it there. You are going to exhale through your mouth and to make it more interesting I want you to purse your lips a little. Forcefully exhale through your mouth then close your mouth and inhale though your nose to a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 7 and exhale through your mouth forcefully to a count of 8. That is one repetition. I want you to do 4 repetitions in total.
Relax and focus. Take a few natural deep breaths in and out. Get used to breathing. Count 1 as you exhale this time, next time you exhale count 2, all the way up to 5 each time you exhale. Then after you do this you are going to start again at 1. You always stop at 5 and start again at 1. You only count the exhale. Use this technique for ten minutes when mind is wandering
Rise and Store Energy. Power of positive affirmation, energy works. Believe in yourself that you can do. I can meditate. I can have a successful meditation. I will meditate. I will have a successful meditation.
Get rid of negative thoughts. Sit in a quiet place close your eyes. Take a deep breath through your nostril, hold it and exhale slowly through the mouth then another one from the nostril, within. Then out from the mouth. Now let the negative thoughts float into your mind. Be
honest with yourself. I want you to see them and if you have trouble seeing them then hear them or feel them. Now I want you to see all your negative thoughts floating around the room. Like the snowflake falling from the sky as they lose their power they fall down and settle on the floor. Now imagine that you have a broom in your hand and begin at the edges of the room sweeping towards the centre, sweeping under the furniture, under the bed etc. Making a big pile in the centre of the room. Now take a dust pan in your left hand and sweep away all the negative thoughts into the dust pan and now throwing them into a trash can is not going to be enough. You’re going to flush them down the toilet. Walk over to the nearest toilet, empty the dustpan in there and flush it right down the drain. That’s where they belong out of your life permanently and immediately. A few of those thoughts are still lingering in the room. Now imagine that you step out of the room and in your hand is a vacuum cleaner with a large nozzle. The vacuum cleaner turns on and sucks out all the remaining negative thoughts, out of the room, out of the building, throw them out where they float towards the sun and get destroyed. So now you have rid yourself of all the negativity so only positivity is left. Now imagine yourself in front of the mirror with a permanent marker in your hand and write the following in this mirror:
I can have a conscious meditation experience. I will have a conscious meditation experience I do have a conscious meditation experience anytime I want to.
Note that this will generate energy. Glass of water is sun particles – strain it, pure glass of water.
Clearing chakra. Exhale, touch fingers. I allow energy to flow through me. Exhale, my energy balances my chakra. 7 times x 21 days.

Five minutes each initially, and then reduce as required.

Kundalini is difficult and it consists of lots of exercises. No number of exercises is required. You must be initiated. No you can raise your Kundalini on your own. You will become a perfect being, unflawed. No, we are here as imperfect beings to learn about ourselves. Kundalini is dangerous. It can keep you up, over energized, brain over stimulated. If you follow instructions you will be fine.
You can raise your Kundalini right now if your chakra’s are cleansed- this very moment ( next 60 seconds)
Step By Step procedure. (i) Clean the chakra’s (clarify them): Get a piece of paper and a pen. Put a dot in the centre of the page and from the dot draw 7 lines in all directions as evenly spaced as possible. Label the 7 lines clockwise with the first one with Root, and write life force next to Root. Also write stability and material worth. (ii) The second one write number 2 and write Sacral- splin, amorality and creativity. (iii) Solar plexus- development, feelings and belief in yourself (iv) Heart- lover, selflessness (v) Throat- communication, self expression and independence (vi) Brow or Third Eye – inner senses. Aware of power you have (vii) Crown chakra – taking time to develop these power by meditating and then transcend through and letting go of power
Slow the procedure. Sit down in a comfortable position with straight spine. Clear your mind by picturing a clear lake (as is breathing exercise). Take a deep breath into the nostrils, hold it and exhale it through the mouth. Another deep breath, hold it, open mouth slightly and exhale. (Notice the lake is getting more calm, less waves or ripples). Realise how powerful you are and you can accomplish anything you want. Go through your chakra and see they are clear. Once again go through your chakra and make sure they are clear. Start with base chakra, feel how stable you are in life, feel the serpent begin to uncoil- little now as you get in touch with the stability you have in your life as you get in touch with how grounded you are in life as you get in touch with how steadfast you are with the things you do. You feel the powerful serpent force moving just a little bit moving into your abdominal area to a boat the level of your splin. Feel the second chakra clear on as you get in touch with your amorality, your creativity, your enthusiasm, the idea of exploring your creativity. Just the Kundalini energy in your second chakra as you continue relaxing feel it moving up now to 3rd chakra located in your solar plexus where you are in touch with your personality, getting in touch
with your feelings and realize the limitless possibilities you live. How you want to expand yourself in so many powerful positive ways. You are in touch with your wisdom your third chakra is clear. The Kundalini energy moves into your heart chakra and you feel love and compassion. You let go of feeling, of only taking care of yourself and you embrace feelings of helping others and develop the skills of healing others and yourself. The 4th chakra is full of Kundalini energy now. Now the Kundalini energy rises up to the level of your throat. You clear two chakras by realising that you are an excellent communicator full of self expression. You are inspirational, independent, you are open to your own higher development and you speak with wisdom. Feel the Kundalini energy in your throat now. Feel the energy moving upwards now to the brow chakra. The third eye opens and the Kundalini energy moves into the chakra and so you turn into your inner senses now, let go of the idea of sound, touching, feeling, seeing, tasting. Let go of those senses and turn into your inner senses. Clairvoyance, intuition, you are also turned in now to the idea of deepening your life experience, travelling through life getting a deeper meaning and the energy continues moving up through your body as it now moves to the top of the head, filling the crown chakra. You realise you are becoming enlightened. You are making a spiritual transition inside and feel the serpent force flowing out the top of your head like a fountain only to be reabsorbed at the base of your spine going through each chakra recycled and going through the top of the head only to be reabsorbed at the brow up through the chakra again. As it gets recycled feel the energy getting more intense now.
If you want to subdue the energy you just imagine collecting at the base of the spine, discontinuing its flow upwards just collecting at the base of the spine, leaving the serpent back at the base of the spine letting it rest till you need it again.
