Outstanding Issues As per the PO, Line item#1 (tag#E11-SR-002) is for 400Volt but the NMR 601 is approved with 480 Volt. Moreover as per Material requisition it is also 480 Volt. This matter was discussed among all parties. SAPMT and APEP has informed that before it was 480 volt but now it has been changed to 400Vot because the supply voltage by SEC for this switch rack is 400Volt. So, it has been agreed that NMR will be revised to 400Volt and approved . Moreover the MR will be revised to 400Volt and approved from SAPMT and SAIR.

But it has been found that at site voltage is 230 Volt not 120 volt and the SASO certification is required for the receptacles which is the violation of 16-SAMSs512, clause 17.1. It has been agreed that among all parties that SAIR approval is required on it. 3

NMR 601 was found approved with comments, which are the preliminary drawings and not detailed drawings. It is agreed among all parties that the NMR 602 will be approved before nay in process inspection.

Minutes of the Pre Inspection Meeting 1. Introduction of Attendees Pre-inspection meeting was opened by the assigned vendor Inspector with words of welcome and thanks to all the participants. The purpose and scope of the meeting was explained to all the participants. Attendees were requested to introduce themselves by explaining their respective positions and roles within their organizations. The objective of this meeting was to ensure that Manufacturer understand all aspects of the purchase order and to finalize Inspection & Test Plan. The purpose of the pre-inspection meeting was to discuss all the parameters addressed in the pre-inspection meeting agenda.

3. Review of Purchase Order Attachments The Arabian point Eight has accepted the PO#7927, Rev-02 . The concerns which has been raised during the review of PO are mentioned below: (i)As per the PO, Line item#1 (tag#E11-SR-002) is for 400Volt but the NMR 601 is approved with 480 Volt. Moreover as per Material requisition it is also 480 Volt. This matter was discussed among all parties. 12. Equipment Test Procedure It is agreed among all parties that APEP Test procedure will be used as APEP is approved in Saudi Aramco system 13. Special Process No Special Procedure is applicable. 14. Traceability and Certification of part and product It is informed to APEP that material or any part shall be traceable through the part number/ model number/ etc and as per the specification requirement the required certification will be provided. 15. Supplier Quality Reports Material receiving inspection reports/ Dimensional Reports / Visual Inspection reports / F.A.T test reports shall be prepared by the manufacturer in compliance with the Applicable Purchase Order requirements. All these reports are to be reviewed by the QA/QC department of the manufacturer before offering to the TPI. 16. Marking Protection and Packing : It is agreed that packing procedure will be submitted for contractor approval and will be approved. 18. Company Waiver Still no waiver is requested. In future if any waiver required it shall be as per SAEP-302. 19. NCR Procedure Manufacturer shall establish and maintain procedure to control the products and activities not meeting the specifications and purchase order requirements. Disposition of non-conforming material or activities shall be recorded and reported to Contractor for their acceptance. For any internal NCRs, manufacturer NCR format shall be followed. However, the Assigned Vendor Inspector will follow the MAAZ NCR format for reporting an NCR, which will be rendered to Saudi Aramco within 24 hours and should be communicated to all the concerned parties. Action should be taken immediately to close that NCR. No Inspection release shall be issued by Contractor’s assigned Inspector until all authorized corrective and preventive actions have been implemented and verified. All NCRs shall be included in the Material Disposition Report. 20. Third Party Inspection Authority Involvement All the Inspection required by TPI will be performed by the Saudi Aramco approved TPI. 21. Final Inspection Release Procedure
