The G-8 “countries” have just met and that is the planning Board of the G-7 plus Russia (Economic and Business Decision Makers). What I saw filled me with anger and resentment and launched me on a course from which I have not deviated, namely to uncover what power it is that controls and manages the British and United States governments. I was thoroughly familiar with all of the well known secret societies such as the Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA), the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderbergers, Trilaterals, the Zionists, Freemasonry, Bolshevism, Rosicrucianism and all of the spinoffs of these societies. Even before that, as a young student in the course of my studies at the British Museum in London, I had cut my eye teeth on all of them, plus a good number of others with whom I imagined Americans were familiar. But when I came to the United States in 1969, I found that names like the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Club of Rome, the German Marshall Fund, the Cini Foundation, the Round Table, the Fabianists, the Venetian Black Nobility, the Mont Pelerin Society, Hellsfire Clubs, the Knights of Malta and many others, were in a number of instances, either totally unknown here or else their true functions were at best but poorly understood, if at all. In 1969-1970 I set about remedying the situation in a series of monographs and cassette tapes. I pursued my investigations, pressing on in the face of severe risks, attacks on myself and my wife, financial losses, continual harassment, threats and calumny, all part of a carefully-crafted and orchestrated program to discredit me, run by government agents and informers, embedded in the so-called Christian rightwing, the “Identity Movement” and right-wing

“patriotic” groups. These agents operated, and still operate, under cover of strong and fearless outspoken opposition to Judaism, their main enemy, they would have us believe. Their program of calumny, lies and hatred, disinformation about my work, even lately attributing it to other writers, continues unabated but it has not had the desired effect. I shall carry on with my task until I have finally ripped off the mask of the entire secret upper-level parallel government that runs Britain and the United States. This book is a part of that ongoing effort. ** INTRODUCTION In recent years there has been an upsurge in the number of books and monographs seeking to expose what is broadly termed “the conspiracy.” It is generally agreed that in spite of its many detractors, a hard core of Americans believe that something has gone drastically wrong with the country, and these writers on “the conspiracy” have tended to focus the cause of the trouble more narrowly on a variety of organizations at a “local” level, such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderbergers. The exposure of a terrible problem is all to the good, but these writers did not go far enough. Without exception, they wrote only about the major “conspiracy” organization mentioned above, which we can safely describe as being on a local level. This is one of the reasons why the Committee of 300 has been so successful in concealing its existence from the broad mass of the American people. Apparently, few thought that there must be some kind of a coordinating, controlling body, that oversees and coordinates the activities of the “local level” agencies. The studies I did at the British Museum in London began, slowly at first, to lead me to a conclusion that there had to be a major player somewhere; one with the reach and power to direct the many secret societies that plague our world. This feeling was strengthened by my studies of the French and Bolshevik Revolutions, the two revolutions that drastically altered the course of history in Europe, and indeed, the world. When I uncovered the fact that the French Revolution was organized and run out of England by Jeremy Bentham and William Petty, the Earl of Shelburne, it became clearer that there had to be a “master-mind” controlling body that could organize and carry out such shattering events. The more I studied the role played in the French Revolution by the secret Quator Coronati Lodge in London, and the Nine Sister Lodge in Paris, the more I realized that there had to be a super controller of these events; the Nine Unknown Men, Petty and Bentham would not have carried off the French Revolution on their own. The thing that excited me was the common thread between the French and Bolshevik Revolutions: a hatred of Christianity, the major religion of the world. I studied what the Illuminati had to say on the subject, and came across this statement by Adam Weishaupt, nominal founder of the Order: “Behold our secret: If in order to destroy Christianity, all religion, we have pretended to have the sole true religion, remember that the end justifies the means, and the wise ought to take all the means to do good which the wicked take to do evil. This can be done in no other way but by secret associations, which will by degrees, and in silence, possess themselves of the government of the States, and make use of these means for this purpose

which the wicked use for attaining base ends. The express aim of this order was to abolish Christianity, and overthrow all civil governments.” (Adam Weishaupt, May 1, 1776) Once the conclusion was reached that Christianity was the major target in both revolutions, it did not take long for me to realize that behind the Lodges, behind Bentham and Petty; behind Lenin and Trotsky; behind Kerensky and Helfornt, must have stood an allpowerful organization, one that had the ability and the resources to control every aspect of these shattering events. Only the existence of such a super colossal secret society could have brought the French and Bolshevik revolutions to a successful conclusion. Men like Weishaupt could periodically make statements of this nature, but they were largely ignored, because in the minds of the people, it would take a super colossal secret society to carry out what such men proposed, and, of course, in the collective minds of the people, such a colossal organization did not, could not, exist. Yet, we had plenty of warnings. No better warning could have been delivered than the one given in 1962 by David Ben Gurion, Prime Minister of Israel: “The image of the world in 1987 as traced in my imagination: the Cold war will be a thing of the past. Internal pressure of the constantly growing intelligentsia in Russia for more freedom and the pressure of the masses for raising their living standards may lead to a gradual democratization of the Soviet Union. “On the other hand, increasing influence of the workers and the farmers, and the rising political importance of men of science, may transform the United States into a welfare state with a planned economy. Western and Eastern Europe will become a federation of autonomous states, having a socialist and democratic regime. With the exception of the USSR, as a federated Eurasian state, all other countries will become united in a world alliance, at whose disposal will be an international police force. All armies will be abolished, and there will be no more wars. In Jerusalem, the United Nations will build a shrine to the prophets to serve the federated union on all continents, as prophesied by Isaiah. Higher education will be the right of every person in the world. A pill to prevent pregnancy will slow down the explosive natural increase in China and India.” Ben Gurion was obviously referring to Russia’s hold-out against the One World Government, which Stalin had resolutely opposed. His reference to Russia as being the exception to a united Europe, tends to show that Ben Gurion knew the resistance begun by Stalin would continue. Anyone reading Ben Gurion’s statement, would have concluded that it would take a super colossal secret society to make it all happen. I gave the cooperation of the governments of the United States, Great Britain and Germany in bringing the Bolsheviks to power in Russia a good deal of attention. It was not long before it became perfectly clear that without the utmost help from these allegedly Christian countries that revolutionaries, Lenin and Trotsky, could not have succeeded. Why, for instance, I asked myself, would the president of the United States intervene in the arrest of Trotsky by the Canadian authorities, and why would he order the Canadian police to release Trotsky? How could, how did, President Wilson come to be involved with an outand-out anti-Christian revolutionary, whose openly avowed intention was to go to Russia and overthrow its legitimate government? [H: What of this

President Wilson and the FEDERAL RESERVE establishment which was also slipped in through the back door at Christmastime where nobody noticed?] By what power and authority did Wilson demand, and get, the release of Trotsky from police custody in Canada? Surely Wilson’s presidential powers did not extend to Canada, so WHO, or WHAT person or major institution, arranged this extraordinary event? How could a non-American citizen get a United States passport? Such things are usually impossible to arrange, even for large sums of money, yet, here was this firebrand revolutionary, setting sail for Russia with abundant money and a United States passport to which he was not entitled. When arrested, he is miraculously released! To me, this one incident was proof-positive of the existence of a most powerful agency, one that could transcend national boundaries and give orders to governments as if it were their immediate controller. By what power and authority did Helfont (Parvus) become an advisor to the German government at the most crucial stage in its history? Where did Helfont get an introduction to the highest circles in Berlin; how was it that the German government agreed to his proposal to allow Lenin to travel across Germany in a sealed train, en route to start the Bolshevik Revolution? One does not just “come from nowhere” and pull off such a stunning triumph. This incident, at least to me, bore the imprint of a vastly powerful super secret society, for only a force far superior to anything that hitherto we knew about, could have arranged the epic journeys of Trotsky and Lenin. Most people believe in happenstance, and we appear to be wedded to the notion that things just happen, or that they evolve from a series of events, seemingly unrelated. But a careful student of world events, learns otherwise. It becomes apparent that nothing happens by chance, and that seemingly unrelated events are connected, although the connecting links are always well hidden from public view. Perhaps the most important confirmation of the existence of a super-controlling body, came from President Wilson. With his health rapidly failing, and with the unwillingness of the Democrat hierarchy to allow him to run for a further term. Wilson began to have second thoughts. The death of his wife, Ellen, caused him intense grief. When Dr. Grayson who attended her told Wilson his wife had just died, Wilson is reported to have stood at a window in the White House and cried out, “Oh God, what am I to do?” That might have had a bearing on Wilson’s near-revelation of the existence of a super secret society: “Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere, so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.” I found the same thing in intelligence circles; no one would speak openly about the “Olympians,” and when they perchance did so it was with great awe. Yet we have had plenty of indications of its existence, if we had but stopped to look and listen to one of the Committee’s SENION SPOKESMEN, H.G. Wells, who frequently laid out the plans of the Committee for a One World Government-New World Order. In “The Open Conspiracy,” Wells stated: “The political world of the Open Conspiracy

must weaken, efface, incorporate and supersede existing governments. The Open Conspiracy is the natural inheritor of socialist and communist euphemisms, it may be in the control of Moscow before it is in the control of New York The character of the Open Conspiracy will now be plainly displayed. It will be a world religion. This large loose assimilatory mass of groups and societies will definitely and obviously attempt to swallow up the entire population of the world and become a new human community.” Then again: “The organization of this that I call the Open Conspiracy which will ultimately supply teaching coercive and direct public services to the whole world, is the immediate task before all people, a planned World State is appearing at a thousand points. When accident (or crisis) finally precipitates it, its coming is likely to happen very quickly. Sometimes I feel that generations of propaganda and education may have to precede it. There must be a common faith and law for mankind….” [H: Please re-read that prior paragraph and note the reference to a World State and as well, “…a thousand points…” and recall the Bush New World Order as well as his “thousand points” of light!] I feel that I have made a sufficiently strong case for the existence of a super-colossal secret society, which I came to learn was called the Committee of 300. What follows in my account of the Committee, should be read with care and attention, as I believe it is the key to understanding a great deal that has, hitherto, been very puzzling, if not downright contradictory. I believe it will help us to understand why it is that on so many occasions, the United States came down on the side of governments, and allied itself with world leaders that in reality, should have been our mortal enemies. The endless hours of research put into “the Committee of 300” becomes obvious as we progress in the reading of this book. What I believe it does, is fit the pieces of the Puzzle together, as it goes far beyond “local” events and “local” secret societies and organizations which we know are committed to implementing policies that simply do not fit in with what the United States is supposed to stand for. [END QUOTING] *** From this point on I will ask you to associate some current happenings, i.e., most especially that which is taking place at the Vatican. This is a SECRET SOCIETY in full coalition with all of the Secret Societies aiming at ONE WORLD CONTROL. From the onset Dr. Coleman will refer to the “Club of Rome” and you can both “read” that to be interchanged at upstart to the Black Nobility. This is extremely important for your CLUES, readers, as you observe the things taking place in the choosing of a new Pope for the Roman Catholic Church. One upstart clue to be observed was that the body of Pope John Paul II was put on “view” and there would be processions of church hierarchy and then the various other viewers. The whole “viewing” however was stalled for a period of time UNTIL THOSE OF THE “BLACK NOBILITY” were in place and able in order of IMPORTANCE, FIRST view the body with whatever rituals were necessary indicating the “controlling” authority of those passing the body. It had little to do with that body on the table, readers, so don’t further confuse the moment at hand.

Moreover, if you actually think a democratic voting program will elect a random “new” Pope, perish your silly thoughts. It is well known and recognized exactly WHO will be put in such a titled place for the puppetmasters’ manipulation. You think you have a bunch of Islamic Muslims running about doing suicide bombings, etc.? Think again, the laws of Islam DO NOT ALLOW FOR SUICIDE “OR” KILLING OF ANY KIND BUT SUICIDE IS THE MOST UNACCEPTABLE UNDER THE LAW. Do “I” somehow think you will survive and thrive? Not the way you are going but, brothers and sisters, you might, if you learn to face the TRUTH, be able to live and even flourish in WHAT IS. The first person with which to begin is SELF. You will find this interesting at the least, informative at most. You must recognize the players in any PLAY so please make an effort to know about what the PLAY presents. We “fight” nothing and I do not fear these selfproclaimed “enemies” for I have no enemies be it as strange to your interpretation as any other offering we bring. To even be in the game you have to KNOW THE GAME. So, now you know that the game rules are SECRET for you can’t “win” if the rules are only known and played by your opponent. He chose the name Pope Benedict XVI and called himself “a simple, humble worker”. Is the man German or Jewish? What interesting people are humans. This has led many to seek the truth in the alternative press, those newsletter writers who like me, have sought, but not always found, what it is that is making the United States terminally ill. “Seek and ye shall find” has not always been the case with this group. What we did find was that the people walk in great darkness, mostly not caring or bothering

to find out where their country is headed, firm in the belief that it will always be there for them. No one seems able to clearly identify who “they” are. It is a situation that has pertained for decades. During the course of this book, we shall identify the mysterious “they” and then, after that, it is up to the people to remedy their situation. I hold no aspirations of becoming a political leader. On 30 of April, 1981, I wrote a monograph disclosing the existence of the Club of Rome identifying it as a Committee of 300 subversive body. This was the first mention of both of these organizations in the United States. I warned readers not to be fooled by the feeling that the article was farfetched and I drew a parallel between my article and the warning issued by the Bavarian government when the secret plans of the Illuminati fell into its hands. We shall return to the Club of Rome and the role of the Committee of 300 in United States affairs later. Many of the predictions made in that 1981 article have since come to pass, such as the unknown Felipe Gonzalez becoming Prime Minister of Spain, and Mitterand being returned to power in France; the downfall of Giscard D’ Estang and Helmut Schmidt, the return of power of Swedish nobleman and Committee of 300 member Olaf Palme, the nullifying of Reagan’s presidency and the destruction of our steel, auto and housing industries in terms of the postindustrial zero-growth orders handed down by the Committee of 300. [H: Please allow me to insert at this early point a few very important realizations: There was no accident in forming a European UNION and there is no accident in the forming of the Euro currency as it is all part of the plan to finally reach a fully recognized one world order and currency. Please, always look carefully at “WHAT IS” and not spend so much time “BUT WHAT IF?”. You are required to live in the “WHAT IS” and change the “what if”.] The importance of Palme lay in the use made of him by the Club of Rome to deliver technology on the forbidden list of the U.S. Customs, to the Soviet Union. Palme’s world-wide communications network was employed to train the spotlight on the phony Iran hostage crisis, while he shuttled back and forth between Washington and Teheran in an effort to undermine the sovereign integrity of the United States and place the phony crisis in the realm of a Committee of 300 institution, viz, the World Court at the Hague, Holland. In what is in fact an open conspiracy against God and man, (to use the words of H.G. Wells), which includes enslaving the majority of humans left on this earth after wars, plagues and mass murder have done with them, is indeed becoming more open. While secret agents and spies were collecting information from hollow tree trunks and from behind loose bricks in a wall, the information they sought was staring them right in the face. [H: I ask that you go back and reference the article in the current (April 20, 2005) CONTACT in the news section on PRISON LABOR. This is truly becoming the most amazing and dastardly trick pushed off on you people and is the circumstance globally. It is NOW and it is going to become worse as more and more people are simply incarcerated and enslaved via the “lockup” route where labor will be a part of the penalty of “conviction” where you aren’t literally “convicted” other than through judicial and law enforcement mandates.] The upper-level parallel secret government does not operate from dank basements and secret underground chambers. It places itself in full view in the White House, Congress, in Number 10 Downing Street and the house of Parliament. It is akin to those weird and supposedly terrifying “monster” films, where the monster appears with distorted features, long hair and even longer teeth, growling and slavering all over the place. This is a distraction; the real monsters wear business suits and drive to work on Capitol Hill in limousines. These men are IN OPEN VIEW. These men are the servants of the One World Government-New World Order. Like the rapist who stops to offer his victim a friendly ride, he does not LOOK like the monster he is. If he did, his intended victim would run off screaming in fright. The same applies to government at all levels. Former President George Bush does not LOOK like a dutiful servant of the upper-level parallel government, but make no mistake about it, he is as much a MONSTER as are those horrors found in horror-movies. [H: Moreover, it RUNS IN THE FAMILY as you can NOW witness. Worse, they now do it in the guise of “born again” CHRISTians. Be careful, citizens, as the wolf costumes himself as the sheep!] Stop for a moment and consider how President Bush ordered the brutal slaying of 150,000 Iraqi troops, in a convoy of military vehicles carrying white flags, on their way back to Iraq under Geneva Convention rules of agreed disengagement and withdrawal. Imagine the horror of the Iraqi troops when, in spite of waving their white flags, they were mowed down by American aircraft. In another part of the front, 12,000 Iraqi soldiers were buried alive in trenches they occupied. Is that not MONSTROUS in the truest sense of the word? From where did President Bush get his orders to act in this MONSTROUS fashion? He got them from the Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA) who received its mandate from the Committee of 300, also known as the “Olympians”. As we shall see, even the “Olympians” do not hide their faces. Often times they put on a show which could be likened to the Paris Air Show, even as conspiracy buffs spend their time in a fruitless search of the wrong places and in the wrong direction. Have you ever noticed how Queen Elizabeth II performs the ceremonial opening of the British Parliament? There,

in full view is the head of the Committee of 300. Have you ever witnessed a swearing-in ceremony of a United States President? There, in full view is another member of the Committee of 300. The problem is only one of perception. Who are the planners and plotters who serve the mighty all-powerful Committee of 300? The betterinformed of our citizens are aware that there is a conspiracy and that the conspiracy goes under various names such as the Illuminati, Freemasonry, the Round Table and the Milner Group. To them the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilaterals represent most of what they do not like in regard to domestic and foreign policy. Some even know that the Round Table has a big input into United States affairs through the British ambassador in Washington. The problem is that real hard information on the treasonous activities of members of the invisible government is very hard to come by. I quote the profound statement made by the prophet Hosea, which is found in the Christian Bible: “My people perish for lack of knowledge.” Some may already have heard my expose of the foreign aid scandal., in which work I named several conspiratorial organizations, whose numbers are legion. Their final objective is the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution and the merging of this country, chosen by God as HIS country, with a godless One World-New World Order Government which will return the world to conditions far worse than those which existed in the Dark Ages. Let us talk about actual case histories, the attempt to communize and de-industrialize Italy. The Committee of 300 long ago decreed that there shall be a smaller—much smaller—and better world, that is, their idea of what constitutes a better world. The myriads of useless eaters consuming scarce natural resources were to be culled. Industrial progress supports population growth. Therefore, the command to multiply and subdue the earth found in Genesis had to be subverted. This called for an attack upon Christianity; the slow but sure disintegration of industrial nations states; the destruction of hundreds of millions of people, referred to by the Committee of 300 as “surplus population” and the removal of any leader who dared to stand in the way of the Committee’s global planning to reach the foregoing objectives. Two of the Committee’s earliest targets were Italy and Pakistan. The late Aldo Moro, Prime Minister of Italy, was one leader who opposed the “zero growth” and population reductions planned for his country, thereby incurring the wrath of the Club of Rome commissioned by the “Olympians” to carry out its policies in this regard. In a Rome courtroom on Nov. 10, 1982, a close friend of Moro’s testified that the former prime minister was threatened by an agent of the Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA), who was also a Committee of 300 member, while he was still the U.S. Secretary of State. The meteoric rise of the man, the witness named as Kissinger, will be dealt with later. It will be recalled that Prime Minister Moro was kidnapped by the Red Brigades in 1978 and subsequently brutally shot to death. It was at the trial of members of the Red Brigades that several of them testified to the fact that they knew of high-level U.S. involvement in the plot to kill Moro. When threatening

Moro, Kissinger was obviously not carrying out U.S. foreign policy, but rather, acting according to instructions received from the Club of Rome, the foreign policy arm of the Committee of 300. The witness who delivered the bombshell in open court was a close associate of Moro’s, Gorrado Guerzoni. His explosive testimony was broadcast over Italian television and radio on Nov. 10, 1982 and printed in several Italian newspapers. Yet, this vital information was suppressed in the United States. Those famous bastions of freedom with a compelling right to know, the Washington Post and the New York Times, did not think it important to even print a single line of Guerzoni’s testimony. Nor was the news carried by any of the wire services or television stations. The fact that Italy’s Aldo Moro had been a leading politician for decades, was kidnapped in broad daylight in the spring of 1978, with all of his bodyguards butchered in cold blood, was not deemed newsworthy, even though Kissinger stood accused as an accomplice to these crimes. Or was the silence BECAUSE of Kissinger’s involvement? In my 1982 expose of this heinous crime, I demonstrated that Aldo Moro, a loyal member of the Christian Democrat Party, was murdered by assassins controlled by P2 Masonry with the object of bringing Italy into line with Club of Rome orders to deindustrialize the country and considerably reduce its population. Moro’s plans to stabilize Italy through full employment and industrial and political peace would have strengthened Catholic opposition to Communism and made the destabilization of the Middle East, a prime goal, that much harder for the Committee to achieve. From the foregoing, it becomes clear just how far ahead the conspirators plan. They do not think in terms of a Five Year Plan. One needs to go back to Weishaupt’s statements about the early Catholic Church to understand what was involved in the murder of Aldo Moro. Moro’s death removed the roadblocks to the plans to destabilize Italy, and as we now know, enabled conspiracy plans for the Middle East to be carried out in the Gulf War, 14 years later. Italy was chosen as a test-target by the Committee of 300. Italy is important to the conspirators’ plans because it is the closest European country to the Middle East linked to Middle East economics and politics. It is also the home of the Catholic Church, which Weishaupt ordered destroyed, and home for some of Europe’s most powerful top oligarchic families of the ancient Black Nobility. Should Italy have been weakened by Moro’s death, it would have had repercussions in the Middle East which would have weakened U.S. influence in the region. Italy is important for another reason; it is a gateway for drugs entering Europe from Iran and Lebanon, and we shall return to that subject in due course. Various groups had combined under the name of Socialism to bring about the downfall of several Italian governments since the Club of Rome was established in 1968. Among these are the Black Nobility of Venice and Genoa, P2 Masonry and the Red Brigades, all working for the same goals. Police investigators in Rome working on the Red Brigades/ Aldo Moro case, came across the names of several

very prominent Italian families working closely with this terrorist group. The police also discovered evidence that, in at least a dozen cases, these powerful and prominent families had allowed their homes and or property to be used as safe houses for the Red Brigades cells. America’s “nobility” were doing their share to destroy the Republic of Italy, a notable contribution having come from Richard Gardner, even while in his official capacity as President Carter’s ambassador to Rome. At that time, Gardner was operating under the direct control of Bettino Craxi, an important member of the Club of Rome and a key man in NATO. Craxi was the leading edge of the conspirators’ attempts to destroy the Italian republic. As we shall see, Craxi was almost successful in ruining Italy, and as the conspirators hierarchy’s leading player, was able to get divorce and abortion pushed through the Italian Parliament, resulting in the most farreaching and destructive religious and social changes ever to strike at the Catholic Church, and consequently, the morals of the Italian nation. After President Ronald Reagan was elected, an important meeting was held in Washington, D.C. in December 1980, under the auspices of the Club of Rome and the Socialist International. Both of these organizations are directly responsible to the Committee of 300. The main agenda was to formulate ways and means of how to neutralize the Reagan presidency. A group plan was adopted and, as we look back, it is perfectly clear that the plan the plotters agreed to follow has been very successful. In order to get an idea of how vast and how allpervasive is this conspiracy, it would be appropriate at this point to name the goals set by the Committee of 300 for the pending conquest and control OF THE WORLD. There are at least 40 known “branch offices” of the Committee of 300, and we shall be listing them all, together with a description of their functions. Once this is studied, it becomes easy to understand how one central conspiratorial body is able to operate so successfully and why it is that no power on Earth can withstand their onslaught against the very foundations of a civilized, progressive world, based on freedom of the individual, especially as it is declared in the United States Constitution. [H: The key phrase here is “no power ON EARTH”. Wow, and how is your day going?] Thanks to the sworn testimony of Guerzoni, Italy and Europe—but not the United States—learned that Kissinger was behind the death of Aldo Moro. This tragic affair demonstrates the ability of the Committee of 300 to impose its will upon any government without exception. Secure in his position as a member of the most powerful secret society in the world, and I am not talking about Freemasonry, Kissinger not only terrified Moro, but carried through on his threats to “eliminate” Moro if he did not give up on his plan to bring economic and industrial progress to Italy. In June and July of 1982, the wife of Aldo Moro testified in open court that her husband’s murder came about as a result of serious threats against his life, made by what she called “a high-ranking United States political figure”. Mrs. Eleaonora Moro repeated the precise phrase reportedly used by Kissinger in the sworn testimony of Guerzoni: “Either you stop your political line or you will pay dearly for it.” Recalled by the judges, Guerzoni was asked if he could identify the person Mrs. Moro was talking about. Guerzoni replied that it was

indeed Henry Kissinger, as he had previously intimated. Guerzoni went on to explain to the court that Kissinger had made the threats in Moro’s hotel room during the Italian leader’s official visit to the United States. Moro was Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Italy, a NATO member country. He was a man of high rank, one who should never have been subjected to Mafia-like pressures and threats. Moro was accompanied on his American visit by the President of Italy in his official capacity. Kissinger was, and still is, an important agent in the service of the Royal Institute for International Affairs, a member of the Club of Rome and the Council on Foreign Relations. [H: This man remains one of the most powerful and dangerous men on the globe today. And, because of his lack of credentials in the regular political scheme of pecking order, why was he a main feature at the funeral of the Pope? Dharma has remained at the top of Mr. Kissinger’s “hit list” but for your better realization, “I” am more difficult of which to dispose. I still don’t find anyone REALLY wishing to change seats in this arena with my hands in Manila.] Kissinger’s role in destabilizing the United States by means of three wars, the Middle East, Korea and Vietnam, is well known, as is his role in the Gulf War, in which the U.S. Army acted as mercenaries for the Committee of 300 in bringing Kuwait back under its control and at the same time making an example out of Iraq so that other small nations would not be tempted to work out their own destiny. [H: Of course it goes without even stating the involvement in Gulf War Current!] Kissinger also threatened the late Ali Bhutto, President of the sovereign nation of Pakistan. Bhutto’s “crime” was that he favored nuclear weapons for his country. As a Moslem state, Bhutto felt that Pakistan was threatened by what he called “continued Israeli aggression in the Middle East”. Bhutto was judicially executed in 1979 by a Council on Foreign Relations representative in the country, General Zia ul Haq. [H: Considering this ball of wax I would suggest you in Southeast Asia pay very close attention to Pakistan’s visitation as we write here. Is this all a major warning to Lady Gloria unconstitutional president or what? Keep eyes open.] In his planned ascent to power, ul Haq encouraged a frenzied mob to set fire to the U.S. embassy in Islamabad, in an apparent attempt to show the CFR that he was his own man and to secure more foreign aid and, it was later learned, to murder Richard Helms. Several years later, ul Haq paid with his life for intervening in the war raging in Afghanistan. His C-130 Hercules aircraft was hit by an extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic energy shot shortly after it took off, causing the aircraft to loop into the ground. The Club of Rome, acting on Committee of 300 orders to eliminate General ul Haq, had no compunction in sacrificing the lives of a number of U.S. servicemen on board the flight, including a U.S. Army Defense Intelligence Agency group headed by Brig. Gen. Herbert Wassom. Ul Haq had been warned by the Turkish Secret Service not to travel by plane, as he was targeted for a mid-air bombing. With this in mind, ul Haq took the United States team with him as “an insurance policy”, as he commented to his inner circle advisors.

In my 1989 work “Terror in the Skies”, I gave the following account of what happened: “Shortly before ul Haq’s C-130 took off from a Pakistan military base, a suspicious looking truck was seen close to the hanger that had housed the C-130. The control tower warned base security, but by the time action was taken, the C-130 was already airborne and the truck had gone. A few minutes later the plane began looping the loop until it hit the ground and exploded in a ball of fire. There is no explanation for such behavior by the C-130, an aircraft with a marvelously reliable safety record, and a joint Pakistani-United States board of enquiry found no pilot error or mechanical or structural failure. Looping the loop is a recognized trade mark of an aircraft hit by ELF fire.” That the Soviet Union has been able to develop highpeak radio frequency devices is known to the West through the work of Soviet scientists who work in the Kurchatov Atomic Energy Institute’s Intensive Relativistic Electron Beam Division. Two of its specialists were Y.A. Vinograov and A.A. Rukhadze. Both scientists worked in the Lededev Physics Institute, which specializes in electronic and X-ray lasers. After receiving this information, I searched for confirmation from other sources and found that, in England, the “International Journal of Electronics” had published some material which appeared to confirm the information given to me about the method chosen to shoot down General ul Haq’s C-130. In addition, this information was confirmed by two of my intelligence sources. I received some useful information from a Soviet scientific paper on these subjects, published in England under the title, “Soviet Radio Electronics and Communications Systems”. There was no doubt in my mind that General ul Haq had been murdered. The truck seen near the C-130 hanger undoubtedly carried a mobile ELF device of the type that the Soviet Armed Forces is known to possess. Not only do you NOT correct past errors but you INSIST on repeating them ad nauseam until you are hopelessly entangled in the webs of the manipulators who are also but puppets of the Elite masters. TRUTH WILL NOT SET YOU FREE! You can learn all the “Truth” on the globe and it still will merit you nothing except OPPORTUNITY to “change” circumstances through action. There is no “secret mysticism” in this “revelation”. If you really wanted change in, say, the Vatican and the new “false rulers” you would have buried the incredibly terrible symbol the Pope carries about to insure that nice “Jesus” stays securely nailed to his DEATH POST. In a body there is, unless malformed, a plan for “normal” function which is also called “natural”. We point this out because the clue to the LIES is always as in, “Keep alive through unnatural means”, as an excuse to kill someone “different” from the norm. EVERY “NORMAL” BODY has as its method of obtaining fuel for life, A TUBE that is called a “FEEDING TUBE”, simply put. It opens at the back of the mouth where food is then processed and

swallowed DOWN THAT TUBE and into the stomach. Therefore, there is nothing UNNATURAL about a “feeding tube” of any type, form or color. THE PROBLEM COMES BY BRINGING DEATH TO THE BODY BY NOT HAVING ANYTHING ALLOWED THROUGH THAT TUBE. Furthermore, there is a second “tube” even more quickly noticed if out of order and that is to the lungs allowing AIR to flow in and out. There are tubes running everywhere throughout the body and nobody thinks anything at all about replacement tubes here and there and actually brag about your multiple experiences as might come your way. After 15 years of being nicely ALIVE while food was supplied to the body of Terri Schindler-Schiavo, the lack of anything being allowed through ANY tube and into her body was the lethal WEAPON of choice in her murder—no more or less. You KNOW Terri wanted to be alive BECAUSE SHE, IN SPITE OF EVERYTHING, WAS ALIVE UNTIL MURDERED! All the arguments, don’t you see, change NOTHING of the Truth or Facts of the matter. In any sense of the actions taken it was UNLAWFUL, CRIMINAL and yes, indeed, caused over desire for MONEY. This is simply one more step toward Perdition, travelers. GOD ALLOWS! It is YOUR experience and GOD IS WITNESS. You follow Satan of the “Evil Empire” (YOURS) and get slowly desensitized to the most heinous things abounding on your place of offered LIFE. Moreover, you DEMAND your rights to be killed, maimed and enslaved. How much more insulting can you be to God? In one breath you claim this Christ to be God and all things are “possible”—then you immediately limit God to disallow any, except through this Jesus, to pass the Pearly Gates. WHO SAYS? Oh, I see, the “Bible” says? NO, NOT EVEN THE BIBLE SAYS SUCH A STUPID THING. Ah but, you waggle and debate and treat it like something worthy of your time and attention? THE MAN’S NAME WAS NOT “JESUS”, GOOD BUDDIES—EVER! The man claimed in point was NEVER “Jesus” as pronounced by some religious bigot in the United States of

anywhere. Try, “Except through CHRIST (goodness) shall you enter the house of your CREATOR”! This while guidelines are offered over and over again for the meaning of “GOODNESS”. Bunches of gods before you, thieving, lying, cheating, killing, bringing hurt upon others and disrespect for that which is good and orderly are the guidelines of, NOT GOD, but HIS adversary which you label Satan. “I” cannot change that circumstance for only YOU can change your circumstance. You will find that most of your most deadly adversaries are still very much alive in your ongoing segment of “time” and “space”. The Conspirators’ Hierarchy, THE COMMITTEE OF 300, Dr. John Coleman, first published 1992. This means there is a decade of potential changes. [Continuation:] According to written testimony by Bhutto, smuggled out of the country while he was in prison, Kissinger severely threatened him: “I will make a horrible example if you continue with your nationbuilding policies.” Bhutto had fallen foul of Kissinger and the Club of Rome by calling for a nuclear energy program to bring Pakistan into a modern industrialized state which, in the eyes of the Committee of 300, was a direct contravention of its orders delivered by Kissinger to the Pakistani government. What Kissinger was doing when he threatened Bhutto was not official U.S. policy, but the policy of the modernday Illuminati. One needs to have a clear understanding of just why it is that nuclear power is so hated all over the world, and why the fake “environmentalist” movement, established and financially supported by the Club of Rome, was called upon to wage war on nuclear energy. With nuclear energy generating electricity in cheap and abundant supplies, Third World countries would gradually become independent of U.S. foreign aid and begin to assert their sovereignty. Nuclear generated electricity is THE key to bringing Third World countries out of their backward state, a state which the Committee of 300 has ordered to remain in position. [H: I suggest you now look more closely at some countries under fire for just wanting electricity while being accused of making nuclear warheads and other dastardly trinkets. Where, exactly, are those WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION while still nothing is done to stop the total idiocy?] Less foreign aid means less control of a country’s natural resources by the IMF. It was this idea of developing nations taking charge of their destiny that was an anathema to the Club of Rome and its ruling Committee of 300. We have seen opposition to nuclear power in the United States successfully used to block industrial development in conformity with the Club’s “Post-Industrial Zero-Growth” plans. your assets, wealth and life have been stolen from you. Moreover, you will die of poverty, disease and starvation for it is PLANNED FOR/AS YOUR DEMISE. YOU CAN TAKE BACK YOUR LIVES AND YOUR COUNTRY—BUT IT MUST BE BEFORE IT GETS WORSE AND DAILY IT DOES GET WORSE. A point of no return is not a distant threat—it is upon you.] Dependence upon U.S. foreign aid actually keeps foreign countries in servitude to the Council on Foreign Relations. The people of the recipient countries receive very little of the money as it usually ends up in the pockets of government leaders who allow the natural raw material assets of the country to be savagely stripped by the IMF. Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, formerly Rhodesia, is a good example of how raw material assets, in this case, high grade chrome ore, is controlled through foreign aid. LONRHO, the giant conglomerate run by Angus Ogilvie, an important member of the Committee of 300, on behalf of his cousin Queen Elizabeth II, now has total control of this valuable resource, while the people of Rhodesia sink ever deeper into poverty and misery, notwithstanding a handout in excess of $300 million from the United States. LONRHO now has the monopoly on Rhodesian chrome and charges any price it likes, whereas, under the Smith government, this was not allowed. A reasonable price level was maintained for 25 years prior to the Mugabe regime taking power. While there were problems during the 14-year rule of Ian Smith, since his departure, unemployment has quadrupled and Zimbabwe is in a state of chaos and de facto bankruptcy. Mugabe received enough foreign aid from the United States (in the region of $300 million per annum) to enable him to build three hotels on the French Cote d’Azur Cap Ferat and Monte Carlo, while his citizens grapple with disease, unemployment and malnutrition, not to mention an iron-fisted dictatorship that allows no complaints. Contrast this with the Smith government which never asked for, nor received one red cent in aid from the United States. Thus it is clear that foreign aid is a powerful means of exercising control over countries such as Zimbabwe, and indeed, all African countries. When I introduced these organizations to the United States in 1970 few, if any, had heard of them. My first work, “The Club of Rome”, published in 1983, attracted almost no attention. Many uninitiated people thought the Club of Rome had something to do with the Catholic Church, and that the German Marshall Fund referred to the Marshal Plan. This is precisely why the Committee chose these names; to confuse and to deflect attention away from what was happening. Not that the U.S. government didn’t know, but, as it is part of the conspiracy, it helped to keep the lid on information rather than let the truth be known. A few years after I published my work, a few writers saw in it a wealth of hitherto untapped information and began writing and talking about it as though they had always had full knowledge of it. Please, however, recognize that this is an expression of opposites and total oxymoronic. It CANNOT be “Roman Catholic” as described and “Republic” as espoused, now can it? Do I come across as biased or unimpressed with recent ritualistic pomp and circumstance? I certainly hope so, and that that pleases those who agree and displeases those who disagree and THAT, friend, is what manifest human experience is all about—choices YOU make. I am only an information resource that you can know a modicum of “TRUTH” according to how much you WANT to know, and to show the “way” toward opportunity for CHANGE out of the “EVIL” (DEFINED ABOVE) that you might flourish and find your way to wherever you think you are going. Earth experience and expression is, at the very best, TEMPORARY. Moreover, all it takes to understand the meaning of “temporary” is to get past the 50-year line which is ACTUALLY beyond “midlife” span. GOD MOVES IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS… Many others, I’m sure, will dredge up the fact that our [note “our”] new Holy Father, who took the name of Benedict XVI—His Holiness Joseph Alois Ratzinger—had joined the “Hitler Jugend” (Hitler Youth) at age 14, then fought as a soldier in the German Army during World War II. So I’m not telling tales out of school. This does not mean, of course, that our newlyelected Supreme Pontiff had been a Nazi sympathizer. His biodata maintains that young people had to enroll in the Hitler Youth in accordance with a 1936 German law. It’s difficult to picture the very intellectual and theologically brilliant former Cardinal Ratzinger (who speaks 10 languages, and has penned over 40 books) swinging down the street in the massed ranks of budding brownshirts, belting out “Die Fahne hoch …” (raise high the flag), the opening lines of the Horst Wessel Leid. What banner? The Swastika, what else? Much is being made of our new Pope Benedict XVI being “a German Pope”, close on the heels of a beloved and extremely popular Polish Pope, John Paul II. He’s more than German—he is Bavarian from the Heimat. Bavaria, which nestles next-door to Austria, is not just the birthplace of the Nazi Party (remember, Hitler staged his first failed Putsch in Munich, and the first martyr of the Nazi cause was killed by the flying beer mug in the Hofbrauhaus) but is the fortress of devout, die-hard Catholicism. Germany’s Catolicos cerrados come from Munich—where beer was invented by the Monks, hence the city’s name—and Bavaria, where even the Oktoberfest drinking songs speak of churches like the Alte Pieter, et cetera. That having been said, we kiss the ring and bow our heads to hopefully receive the Urbi et Orbi blessing of our vicar of Christ, trusting in God to set him straight. Ab initio he starts out with a severe image problem, since nobody can be as saintly-looking, charismatic, and photogenic (even in his last two-year debility) as the late Papa Karol Wojtyla. As head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, moreover, Cardinal Ratzinger—who was brought to Rome by John Paul II himself in 1981—had to crack the whip as the tough enforcer of conservative doctrine for 24 years. His post has been equated to that of Torquemada during the Spanish Inquisition. However, his friends and his Cardinal electors testify that the new Pope is, in reality, pious, sincere, charming and true. Oh well. Who are we to judge from superficial reports? Surely, Jesus Himself did not pick a man of proven qualities to be His first Pope. The fisherman SimonPeter, only a short time earlier, had denied knowing Christ “The Nazarene” three times when confronted by people just after Christ’s arrest and before His crucifixion. Peter had lied and declared, “I know Him not,” thrice before the cock crowed, then fled in terror along with the rest of the Apostles, save one. [H: Who said?]

Again, if you believe Christian tradition, there is a spot on the old Via Appia (sic) where a chapel stands, called “Quo Vadis” enshrining an imprint of Jesus’ foot. [H: Who told you this one? Is this something like Bigfoot? Where do you get all this absurd nonsense?] The story goes that Peter, fearful once again of his own life, was fleeing Rome where the government was rounding up Christians, crucifying them, turning them into human torches, or casting them into the amphitheatre or Colosseum (sic) to be devoured by wild beasts. On the road, to his shock, Peter saw Our Lord Jesus walking towards Rome. “Quo vadis, Domine? (Where are You going, Lord?) he querulously queried. “To Rome,” Jesus was said to have replied, “to be crucified again.” Stung by the gentle reproach, Peter turned around and went back to Rome. When seized by the Roman soldiery, he asked to be crucified upside down, because he said he was not worthy to die as His Master did. [H: Ouch, and just WHO told you this one? It certainly would appear Mr. Soliven likes to impress readers with his intelligence and command of some language or another. And, unfortunately for YOU, here are some more evidences of the fact that the Bible has been totally “tampered” and “it is said…” is only something to get the speaker or writer off the hook.] These are the legends of imperfect men being converted into heroes and saints by GOD’S GRACE (even that of Saul being struck by God’s lightning, to be transformed in St. Paul on the Road to Damascus). [H: Certainly gets worse and worse, doesn’t it?] Thus it must be with Pope Benedict XVI, newlyanointed by the Conclave and the Holy Spirit, Habemus Papam! But the question remains for all of us: Quo vadimus? Where are we going? *** [H: Now get this next!] THE BOOKMAKERS, who placed odds on who would “win” the 70 percent vote in the Conclave to secure the papacy, called it right when they announced Ratzinger, 78, as the runaway frontrunner to clinch the Papal throne. “TIME” Magazine even gave him odds of 7 to one, unless I’m mistaken. [H: Trust me, Mr. Soliven NEVER considers himself to be “mistaken”.] Perhaps the Cardinals chose an “oldie”, to risk sounding irreverent, so the next Pope wouldn’t reign too long—thus safely getting the Church a kind of transitional Pope who wouldn’t pull any surprises, or create shock waves, until the Church had time to eyeball the younger set for a more long-lasting candidate. Indeed, Ratzinger was always at the elbow of Pope John Paul II, met with him regularly every Friday, but even more frequently during the week, and shared many of his conservative values. Yet, Papa Angelo Roncalli was 76 when he was elected Pope John XXIII, and expected to simply coast along, but in the five years he reigned Papa Roncalli upset the conservative apple cart, flung open the casements of the Church to change and ecumenism, and convened Vatican II. Ratzinger is expected to be less impetuous. But who can tell? In retrospect, the Jesuit scholar from Georgetown University, Thomas J. Reese, may have called it closest in his book, INSIDE THE VATICAN, subtitled “the Politics and Organization of the Catholic Church”. (Harvard University Press, 1996)—can you beat that, nine years ago!—when he wrote of the choosing of the next Pope after John Paul II. Reese had written: “Being elderly or sickly is an

advantage for a compromise candidate since the older he is the sooner he will die and allow the cardinals to return to elect a serious candidate. Cardinals elected as interim popes, like Sixtus V (1585-1590), have sometimes surprised their electors with their initiatives, John being the most recent and dramatic example.” Age, he asserted, is a strong factor. “[O]f the nine popes who have lived in this century (beginning with Leo XIII), their average age at the time of election was 65 years. The youngest was John Paul II at 58 (followed by Benedict XV at 59), while the oldest was John XXIII at 76. All the rest were in their sixties.” In this light, our new Pope at 78 is the oldest this century. When he was born in Martkl [A]m Inn, in Bavaria, the son of Joseph Ratzinger Sr. and his wife Mary, did anyone dream he would become Supreme Pontiff and Bishop of Rome? His father was a cop, a police officer who served in both the Bavarian Landespolizei and the German Ordnungspolizei. Just goes to show that sanctity can find root in the least likely places, and in the most unlikely families. Yet, wasn’t the first Pope a fisherman, and another of the leading apostles and evangelists a tax collector? God draws a straight with crooked lines, G.K. Chesterton once said. And God moves in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform. [END COPY] Oh, I would say it is more likely that “MAN MOVES IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS, HIS WONDERS TO PRECIPITATE.” You just can’t get away, can you?, from blaming GOD for every last little disagreement that “you” might have with WHAT IS. GEOPOLITICS OF OIL By Erick San Juan, 4/24/05 In the Philippines, every time that there’s an oil price increase, it’s not only the government who’s acting jittery but all sectors of life; the worst, the increase is being done weekly which makes the most affected (the critical mass) to get angry and blame the GMA Administration for not preparing for the worst case scenarios. Everybody knows that oil price increase creates domino effect to the consumers. All price increases follow. But we cannot blame everything to the government. What was not told to us by the oil companies was that it’s not only the oil supply that is being deliberately reduced in production by the oil producing countries and OPEC, but by the oil cartels and its cohorts in the commodity futures’ trading and stock market who dictates as to the ceiling of the price to be figured daily. What adds to the global confusion is the big nations’ race for oil security. I was given data by my good friend, Ka Maning Almario, an intellectual patriotic writer, which came from the Atlantic Monthly dated April 2005 issue. In those figures that I’ve got, it’s clear that the race for control of oil is being contested by China and the U.S.A. According to Matthew Yeomans, the author of Oil: Anatomy of an Industry and who edits the “Oil Blog” < petropulse.com.>, China has been busy cutting deals in America’s backyard. In return for cooperation on oil projects China has lent support to Brazil’s bid for a UN Security Council seat. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has signed contracts with China President Hu Jin Tao that they will jointly explore Venezuela’s oil fields and build refineries and has proposed new pipelines to the Pacific that would make delivery to Asia cheaper. The U.S. perceived this deal of Chavez as “getting even”. Chavez believes that the destabilization plot against him was maneuvered by the U.S. cloak and dagger operators. China is also aggressively eyeing the oil reserves of Canada, using their Chinese migrants in Canada as their lobby. Canada is reportedly second only to Saudi Arabia in recoverable oil with production costs more than ten times as high. China is also making new oil import agreements with Gabon, Chad and the Republic of Congo. China is reportedly making secret deals with the Philippine Government and Vietnam in developing the natural gas and oil in their territorial boundaries in the Spratley Islands. China’s naval expansion program and erection of territorial markers got the ire of other country claimants and made Taiwan suspicious China is perceived as flexing its muscles. A dispute with Japan over ownership of natural gas fields and oil reserves in the East China Sea could explain why a Chinese nuclear submarine entered Japanese waters last year, Yeomans said. China has several investments in oil infrastructure in Algeria, in Libya (although U.S. Occidental Petroleum is newly investing in some of its oil fields), in Nigeria, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Egypt, Sudan, Indonesia & Iran. This need for more oil by China alarmed corporate America. The United States believes that China is the new threat to its oil security. According to Yeomans, in 2003, China overtook Japan as the world’s second largest oil consumer. The increase in demand allegedly sent global oil prices skyrocketing. He added that China and the U.S.A. consumed 33% of the oil

Please note that this book is not divided into chapters so we are presenting it under our own headings at what we perceive to be logical breakpoints. [QUOTING:] KRISTOL’S WAR? It was not so extraordinary then, that, on March 17, 2003—the day before the United States launched the war against Iraq, Kristol was able to brag in a signed editorial in The Weekly Standard that “obviously, we are gratified that the Iraq strategy we have long advocated ... has become the policy of the U.S. government.” Just one day later, on March 18, as the war began, The Washington Post reminded its readers how influential Kristol was, noting that the Post’s columnist, Richard Cohen, had once declared the looming conflict to be “Kristol’s War”. The Post wrote of Kristol that with U.S. forces on the verge of bombing Baghdad, “this would seem to be Kristol’s moment.” For the beleaguered people of Iraq and for the American and British soldiers who died in pursuit of the neo-conservative war aims—and for the American taxpayers, who must pay the bills—it was not their moment, however much Kristol and company may have rejoiced. ABANDONING TRADITIONAL AMERICAN POLICY We have seen how this new form of “conservative imperialism” with roots in the ranks of an elite group of “former” Trotskyite leftists—who have transformed into Republican “neoconservatives”—has taken hold of the reins of power at the highest ranks of the administration of President George W. Bush. This conservative imperialism is the foundation upon which the current war against Iraq is based and upon which future imperial American wars in the Middle East and elsewhere are likewise hinged. It is these neo-conservatives who support a modern-day brand of imperialism—the concept of U.S. interventionism and meddling abroad. The ongoing war against Iraq is the culmination of a long-standing drive by the neo-conservatives who view the war as the first step in a long-ranging plan to not only “remake the Arab world” but also to establish the United States as

the sole world power, unquestioned in military and economic might. This political philosophy—“neo-conservatism”—has virtually re-written, even supplanted, the traditional “conservative” point of view exemplified by Republican nationalists such as the late Sen. Robert A. Taft, a leading figure in American political affairs during the mid-20th century. Taft and others who shared his views did not believe it was the duty of America to play “world policeman”. Taft and his like-minded colleagues believed that America’s first duty was to attend to the needs of its own people and not meddle in the affairs of other nations. The very “liberal” Democratic Party-oriented Washington Post—perhaps America’s most powerful daily newspaper—was never fond of the conservative “America First” viewpoint of Taft and his political heirs. However, in the past decade, as the so-called “neo-conservative” element began to infiltrate and, ultimately, take control of the American conservative movement and the upper ranks of the Republican Party, increasingly advocating an aggressive internationalist worldview, the Post began to trumpet the so-called “neo-conservatives”. On Aug. 21, 2001 the Post featured an article entitled, “Empire or Not? A quiet debate over U.S. role” which it billed as one in a series of occasional articles focusing on “Ideas from the Right”. The article—which was evidently a good publicity boost for the “neo-cons”—opened by commenting: People who label the United States “imperialist” usually mean it as an insult. But in recent years a handful of conservative defense intellectuals have begun to argue that the United States is indeed acting in an imperialist fashion— and that it should embrace the role. The Post said that this idea of enforcing a new “Pax Americana” was part of a “vigorous, expansionistic Reaganite foreign policy” that makes the United States, in the Post’s words, “an empire of democracy or liberty”. Under this new form of imperialism, the United States is not conquering land or establishing colonies in the style of the old British and Roman empires, but instead “has a dominating global presence military, economically and culturally”. The Post noted, as an example, that one of the foremost advocates of this new imperialism was Thomas Donnelly, deputy executive director of the Project for the New American Century, the Washington think tank founded by William Kristol.

While in the process of making partnerships with oil producing nations both U.S. and China protect their investments by selling arms to these nation-states, of which some are known as “rogue” states. Even Russia got irritated by the wheeling and dealing by oil carpetbaggers who wanted to balkanize Russia and have full control of the Caspian oil reserves by building a pipeline from Baku-Tbilisi to Ceyhan in Turkey on the Mediterranean. The pipeline would carry oil from the Caspian Sea to the west without going through Russia…. THE FIRST IMPERIAL OFFENSIVE FAILED Ironically, during the earlier administration of George H. W. Bush—father of the current American president—the hard-line neo-conservative forces tried, but failed, to enunciate the very policies of imperial power now being pursued by the younger Bush. After the first President Bush decided to withdraw from Iraq during the first war in the Arabian Gulf, then-Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney (now vice president) circulated the draft of a document, prepared under the direction of neo-conservative Paul Wolfowitz, which advocated American global unilateralism, abandoning traditional American alliances. Notably, the proposal suggested the United States should consider pre-emptive force of the very type ultimately used against Iraq in 2003. However, when the document was leaked to the press, the senior President Bush, in the words of American author Michael Lind, “quickly distanced [himself and his administration] from the radicalism of the CheneyWolfowitz report”. That Cheney should have been so enamored with the neo-conservative position surprised no one. For some years Cheney had been associated with the Richard Perle-connected lobby for Israel known as the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA), founded by Perle’s long-time friend Stephen Bryen who had been investigated for espionage on behalf of Israel. (That JINSA link is ubiquitous. It won’t go away!) It was not until the advent of the second Bush administration—under George W. Bush—that the neo-conservatives finally won the day and their drive for an imperial policy, centered on the proposed assault on Iraq, finally achieved success. In fact, by the time that the American war against Iraq finally erupted in March of 2003, the “quiet” debate over imperialism described by the Washington Post was no longer quiet. Leading the side of the debate favoring American imperialism was William Kristol, along with allies inside the Bush administration such as Paul Wolfowitz, now the number two man in the Defense Department, his deputy, Douglas Feith, and others, all of whom were actively supported by Richard Perle, by this point ensconced as chairman of the Bush administration’s Defense Policy Board. So it was that once the long-promoted war against Iraq was already under way the concept of “American Empire” was very much the subject of public discussion in the American elite media and in many intellectual journals. As Jeet Heer pointed out in The Boston Globe on March 23, 2003, just days after the first American assault on Iraq: Since the Sept. 11 attacks ... many foreign policy pundits, mostly from the Republican right but also including some liberal internationalists, have revisited the idea of empire. “America is the most magnanimous imperial

power ever,” declared Dinesh D’Souza in The Christian Science Monitor in 2002. “Afghanistan and other troubled lands today cry out for the sort of enlightened foreign administration once provided by self-confident Englishmen in jodhpurs and pith helmets,” argued Max Boot in a 2001 article for The Weekly Standard titled “The Case for American Empire”. In The Wall Street Journal, historian Paul Johnson asserted that the “answer to terrorism” is “colonialism”. Columnist Mark Steyn, writing in The Chicago Sun-Times, has contended that “imperialism is the answer”. “People are now coming out of the closet on the word ‘empire’,” noted Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer. “The fact is no country has been as dominant culturally, economically, technologically and militarily in the history of world since the Roman Empire.” In fact, of all of the above-mentioned writers— D’Souza, Boot, Johnson, Steyn and Krauthammer—are among the energetic clique of media analysts promoting the neo-conservative worldview. U.S. OPPOSITION TO NEO-CONSERVATIVE IMPERIALISM However, there does remain opposition to the imperial philosophy of the “neo-conservative” network. Perhaps the foremost nationally-known critic of the neo-conservatives is columnist Pat Buchanan who raised the banner of American nationalism (as opposed to internationalism and imperialism) in his presidential campaign on the Reform Party ticket in 2000. Buchanan, a life-long Republican, went to the Reform Party after realizing that his effort to restore traditional nationalism to the Republican Party was going nowhere. Buchanan’s book, A Republic, Not an Empire, was a clarion call for grass-roots opposition to the drive for a “Pax Americana”. As such, after the drive for war against Iraq took hold in official policy making circles in the Bush administration, Buchanan offered the pages of his newlyestablished American Conservative magazine to enunciate the dangers in the new imperialism being propounded by the “neo-conservative” network. One particular exposition appearing in Buchanan’s magazine, written by Andrew Bacevich, a retired American army colonel who is a professor of international relations at Boston University, is probably among the best and most succinct specific analyses of what the new American imperialism constitutes: All but lost amidst the heated talk of regime change in Baghdad, the White House in late September [2002] issued the Bush administration’s U.S. National Security Strategy. The Bush USNSS offers the most comprehensive statement to date of America’s globestraddling post-Cold War ambitions. In it, the administration makes plain both its intention to perpetuate American military supremacy and its willingness—almost approaching eagerness—to use force to reshape the international order. This new strategy places the approaching showdown with Saddam Hussein in a far wider context, showing that overthrowing the Iraqi dictator is only the next step in a massive project, pursued under the guise of the “war on terror”, but aimed ultimately at remaking the world in our image. Hence, the second major theme of the new U.S. National Security Strategy—a candid acknowledgment and endorsement of the progressively greater militarization of U.S. foreign

policy. To state the point bluntly, the Bush administration no longer views force as the last resort; rather, it considers military power to be America’s most effective instrument of statecraft—the area in which the United States owns the greatest advantage. Beginning with the premise that “our best defense is a good offense,” the USNSS describes how President Bush intends to exploit that advantage to the fullest. He will do so in two ways. First, he will expand U.S. global power projection capabilities. Already spending roughly as much on defense as the entire rest of the world combined, the United States will spend still more—much, much more. The purpose of this increase is not to respond to any proximate threat. Rather, the Bush administration is boosting the Pentagon’s budget with an eye toward achieving a margin of such unprecedented and unsurpassed superiority that no would-be adversary will even consider mounting a future challenge. The United States will thereby secure in perpetuity its status as sole superpower. Old concerns about the “clashing wills of powerful states” will disappear; henceforth, a single power will call the tune. Second, with the USNSS codifying the concept of “anticipatory self-defense”, President Bush claims for the United States the prerogative of using force preemptively and unilaterally, however its interests may dictate. (That prerogative belongs exclusively to the United States: the Bush strategy pointedly warns other nations not to “use preemption as a pretext for aggression”.) In contrast to his predecessor’s reactive, half-hearted military adventures, Bush will employ America’s armed might proactively and on a scale sufficient to achieve rapid, decisive results. The prospect of ever greater U.S. military activism—against terrorists, against rogue states, against evildoers of whatever stripe— beckons. Nowhere does the Bush administration’s national security strategy pause to consider whether the nation’s means are adequate to the “great mission” to which destiny has ostensibly summoned the United States. Asserting that American global hegemony is necessarily benign and that Washington can be counted on to use the Bush Doctrine of preemption judiciously, nowhere does it contemplate the possibility that others might take a contrary view. In truth, whatever their party affiliation or ideological disposition, members of the so-called foreign policy elite cannot conceive of an alternative to “global leadership”—the preferred euphemism for global empire. Although coming from a traditional “conservative”— as opposed to the “neo-conservative” viewpoint— Bacevich does not stand alone in these concerns. In fact, even liberal American writers have expressed similar fears of the new drive for an American empire. Writing in the progressive journal, Mother Jones, author Todd Gitlin echoed much of what Bacevich expressed. Gitlin referred likewise to the new Bush administration policy document and declared: The document is meant not so much to be read as to be brandished. This is internationalism imperialstyle—as in Rome, when Rome ruled. Its scope is breathtaking. There were large parts of the world that Rome couldn’t reach, but the Bush doctrine recognizes no limits. It will know when threats are emerging, partly formed, and it will not have to say how it knows, or be convincing about what it knows. The doctrine

affirms all of the comforts and recognizes none of the dangers of empire. It ignores the costs of unbounded deployment and war. It acknowledges no danger that reckless swashbuckling helps recruit terrorists. It forgets that all empires fall—they cost too much, incite too many enemies, they inspire contrary empires. The new imperialists think they are different. All empires do. Gitlin concluded (correctly) that the American government is “hell-bent on empire and has said so in black and white”. AMERICAN ZIONIST SUPPORT FOR IMPERIALISM Despite these criticisms, very powerful interests in the American political arena were very much pleased by the new imperialism being pursued by the Bush administration. Exemplifying this support was a notable essay by Norman Podhoretz appearing in the Sept. 2002 issue of Commentary magazine, the influential neoconservative journal published by the influential New York chapter of the American Jewish Committee, one of the leading Zionist organizations on American soil. Podhoretz, as we have seen, was one of the “founding fathers” in the establishment of the neo-conservative network that ultimately assumed supreme power in the ruling councils inside the Bush administration. An early protégé of William Kristol’s father, Irving Kristol, “godfather” of the neo-conservatives, Podhoretz remains today a highly regarded senior figure in the neoconservative movement. As such, Podhoretz’ assessment of the new policies is of special interest, particularly since Podhoretz freely acknowledges that the ultimate aim of the Bush policy, if carried to its utmost, would be the subjugation of the Arab Middle East as we know it today. In his essay, Podhoretz asserted, in a somewhat mystical fashion, that following the Sept. 11 terrorist tragedy that rocked America, “a kind of revelation, blazing with a very different fire of its own, lit up the recesses of Bush’s mind and heart and soul.” “Which is to say,” added Podhoretz, “that having previously been unsure as to why he should have been chosen to become President of the United States, George W. Bush now knew that the God to whom, as a bornagain Christian, he had earlier committed himself had put him in the Oval Office for a purpose. He had put him there to lead a war against the evil of terrorism.” Thus, Podhoretz seemed to suggest that Bush was driven toward his course of imperialism and war against the Arab world by his Christian fundamentalist point of view. (And Podhoretz is probably right!) Podhoretz then commented that Bush’s first major address on Sept. 20, following the terrorist attacks, “may well have been the greatest presidential speech of our age”, adding pointedly that Bush was actually abandoning even his own father’s point of view. “It was here,” said Podhoretz, “that Bush’s conversion from a conventional ‘realist’ in the mold of his father to a democratic ‘idealist’ of the Reaganite stamp was announced to the world.” Declaring his support for the new Bush agenda, Podhoretz hailed the ultimate consequences of this policy as Podhoretz and his fellow neo-conservatives see it: The regimes that richly deserve to be overthrown and replaced are not confined to the three singledout members of the axis of evil [that is, Iraq, Iran and North Korea]. At a minimum, the axis should extend to Syria and Lebanon and Libya, as well as “friends” of America like the Saudi royal family and Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak, along with the Palestinian Authority,

whether headed by Arafat or one of his henchmen. There is no denying that the alternative to these regimes could easily turn out to be worse, even (or especially) if it comes into power through democratic elections. After all, by every measure we possess, very large numbers of people in the Muslim world sympathize with Osama bin Laden and would vote for radical Islamic candidates of his stripe if they were given the chance. To dismiss this possibility would be the height of naiveté. Nevertheless, there is a policy that can head it off, provided that the United States has the will to fight World War IV—the war against militant Islam—to a successful conclusion, and provided, too, that we then have the stomach to impose a new political culture on the defeated parties. This is what we did directly and unapologetically in Germany and Japan after winning World War II ... There was a song that became popular in America during World War II: “We did it before, and we can do it again.” What I am trying to say to the skeptics and the defeatists of today is that yes indeed we did it before; and yes indeed we can do it again. That these are aggressive and war-like words and presumptions is obvious. But the fact is that these words represent a point of view that has reached supreme influence at the highest levels of the administration that governs the most powerful nation on the face of the planet. THE MILITARY CLASHES WITH THE NEO-CONSERVATIVES However, the American military leadership did not agree with the neo-conservatives that an invasion of Iraq would either result in a mass uprising by the Iraqi people against Saddam (in alliance with U.S. forces) or that the rest of the Arab world would sit back with satisfaction. Nor did the American military even want to fight the war in the first place. The military leaders saw no need for the United States to enter into conflict with Iraq, viewing such a war as contrary to American national interests. The idea that the American military leadership somehow favored the war with Iraq was a myth that was widely being propagated by the neo-conservative pro-Israel propaganda network in official Washington with the active support of the pro-Israel elements in the American media. Following the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, major media headlines and talking-heads on the broadcast networks in the United States repeatedly and relentlessly reported that “the Pentagon” was gearing up for a U.S.led invasion of Iraq—this despite the fact there was no genuine evidence of any Iraqi instigation or involvement in the attacks whatsoever. (And no such evidence has emerged to this day.) In any event, in the average American’s perception, the idea that the war was being promoted by “the Pentagon” conjured up popular images of much-admired, heroic, battle-tested medal-laden generals and admirals chomping at the bit to “get Saddam”. There was just one big problem with the reports in the American media. The truth was that the career military men inside the Pentagon didn’t think an invasion of Iraq was feasible or necessary. They saw it as a potential disaster for the United States that could ultimately align the United States (standing alone with Israel) against the entire Arab and Muslim world. In fact, precisely because of the military’s opposition to the war against Iraq, the neo-conservative pro-Israel network at the highest levels of the Bush administration began laying the insidious groundwork to oust American military leaders who opposed U.S. involvement in a war against Iraq. But the WHO reports that the death rate in northern Vietnam has fallen to 20 per cent, though it has remained the same in the south of the country. Even the reduced level would make it by far the worst flu pandemic ever to hit the world. “Spanish flu”, which killed 40 million people in 1918, had a mortality rate of just 5 per cent. Moreover, prior false negatives increase the likelihood that the second nurse was also H5N1 infected, consistent with the clinical presentation and contact with confirmed H5N1 cases.” But Dr. Niman’s most important statement about the mutation is, “Thus, there are several clues that H5N1 infections in humans may dwarf official numbers, yet these results go unreported and media reports continue to talk about possible human-to-human transmission.” To the Western peoples this Pandemic will not only destroy their human lives but also their way of life, and yet even knowing of these dangers they even now continually fail to heed any warning, or to begin those things needed to prepare for their defense. It is as if they themselves, or their governments, are deliberately planning for this massive reduction in human population. Neilsy, as he’s known in the family, is most famous for costing American taxpayers $1 billion to bail out a savings-and-loan he had ruined with secret insider loans to his own business partners. For this massive fraud, he was fined—by his father’s administration—the princely sum of $50,000, which was actually paid by one of his dad’s political bagmen, of course. You see, the Bushes are robber barons, not capitalists: They never risk any of their own money in the competition of the marketplace. Nor do they ever pay the price when their deals go belly-up. Just ask George W., whose first business was jump-started with secret cash from the bin Ladens, laundered through their U.S. frontman, James Bath—who was also hired by W.’s dad, then-CIA director George Bush Sr., to set up offshore companies for shifting CIA money and aircraft between Texas and Saudi Arabia, the Texas Observer reported. Neilsy’s latest business ventures include a partnership with one of China’s own influence-peddling oligarchs: Jiang Mianheng, son of former President Jiang Zemin. He’s paying Bush $2 million for “advice” in a field—the semiconductor industry—which Neilsy cheerfully confesses he knows nothing about. Bush also trousered $1 million for “introductions and advice” from the CP Group, a Bangkok conglomerate spreading bipartisan gravy around Washington. In return for supplying his paymasters with a golden conduit to the White House, Neilsy received a special perk: free prostitutes, served up fresh to his hotel room during business trips to Asia. But between his sessions of bouncy-bouncy with trafficked women, Neilsy was also sitting down with hard-line cleric Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, the former soldier for Nazi Germany now translated to glory as Pope Benedict XVI. The two men were board members of an obscure Swiss institute ostensibly devoted to “interfaith dialogue”. Although the organization did have some prominent ecumenical figures on the board, none of them could say exactly why pimp-daddy Neilsy was invited to join, Newsday reported. ...Meanwhile, Ratzinger spent his time on the Swiss board trying to bury the Vatican’s massive pedophilia scandal, the London Observer reported this week. In a secret 2001 letter, he ordered Church officials to prevent police from learning about abuse allegations— a theological innovation more commonly known in the United States as “obstructing justice”. Given this criminal high-wire act, perhaps the good cardinal thought it prudent to cultivate some personal ties with a presidential sibling. With the Vatican’s iron hand on the scales, Bush reaped an extra six percent of the Catholic vote—a huge boost in a tight race. But it’s Neilsy’s long-time partnership with Syrianborn businessman Jamal Daniel that has provided the true mother lode: war profiteering. Daniel, also a board-mate in the Swiss adventure with Ratzinger, is a principal in New Bridge Strategies, a firm set up by top Bush insiders to steer corporate clients to the fountains of blood money flowing from George W.’s conquest of Iraq. The company makes frequent use of Neilsy’s “introductions” and Middle East connections, The Financial Times reported. It also operates a profitable sideline in mercenaries. Daniel brings his own unique connections to the regional porkfest: His family was instrumental in the creation of the Baath Party in Syria and Iraq, The Financial Times noted. And of course, the Bush Family’s covert arm, the CIA—whose headquarters bears the name of George Sr.—assisted not one, but two, Baathist coups in Iraq, including the bloody upheaval that brought Saddam Hussein’s family faction to power, historian Roger Morris reported. Still later, the CIA would supply Osama bin Laden and his fellow extremists with weapons, money and terrorist training: a shrewd investment whose long-term consequences—the current “war on terror”—are still paying fat dividends for Bush coffers. Sure, thousands die and millions suffer from these dirty deals—but it’s not a “conspiracy”. It’s just business—the Bush way. Budget’s “Tip of the Week” #4: NRS 78.752—Insurance and other financial arrangements against liability of directors, officers, employees and agents In this very litigious society, anyone can sue anyone for almost any reason at any time. Corporations are not exempt from being sued but anyone suing a Nevada corporation could be surprised at just how resistant to attack Nevada corporate structures can be. (Important side note: To avail your Nevada corporation of the protection inherent in Nevada’s statutes, you should always ensure that the other party to any contract agrees that the contract is made in Nevada and any disputes are to be resolved according to the laws of Nevada.) Let’s look at a provision of Nevada law that affords a Nevada-based C corporation amazing defensive capabilities: NRS 78.752, which was added in 1987. Here’s how it begins (emphasis added): 1. A corporation may purchase and maintain insurance or make other financial arrangements on behalf of any person who is or was a director, officer, employee or agent of the corporation, or is or was serving at the request of the corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise for any liability asserted against him and liability and expenses incurred by him... or arising out of his status as such, whether or not the corporation has the authority to indemnify him against such liability and expenses..... Paragraph 2 states that “other financial arrangements” may include the creation of a trust fund; the establishment of a program of self-insurance; the securing of its obligation of indemnification by granting a security interest or other lien on any assets of the corporation; and/or the stablishment of a letter of credit, guaranty or surety. Specifically excluded from this protection are “...intentional misconduct, fraud or a knowing violation of law...”. In paragraph 4, we find that “In the absence of fraud... the decision of the board of directors... is conclusive...”. Thus, when a Nevada corporation is sued and the litigant names as co-defendants any of the officers, directors, employees or agents of the corporation, the corporation is entitled by NRS 78.752 to set aside funds for the liability asserted. Since many suits “go for broke”, quite literally, a Nevada corporation can often set aside ALL of its assets so that they may be used to defend itself. At best, the attacker is likely to end up with a “mouthful of dirt”, as the Nevada corporation defends itself to its utmost. Sometimes it is just as important what the statutes do NOT say. Next week, we’ll examine some key provisions NOT included in Nevada’s corporate statutes, which greatly enhance PRIVACY aspects.
