PETITIONER , through counsel, unto this Honorable Court respectfully avers that:

1. He is RANCHOA! !HA"A#A! CHANCHA, son of #ebro$n Chancha%, his father, an% Oprah Chancha%, his &other. He is of legal age an% is single.

'. He $as born in (aipur, )n%ia on !epte&ber 1*, 1+ an% is at present a citien of the )n%ia un%er $hose la$s /ilipinos &ay beco&e naturalie% citiens thereof. He arrive% in the 0hilippines last ' of Nove&ber 1+2 at the "anila )nternational Airport. He resi%e% in #aoag City fro& his arrival in the 0hilippines in 1+2 up to the present.

3. He has continuously resi%e% in the 0hilippines since his arrival last ' of Nove&ber  1+2 an% has been resi%ing at 4'* 0. Acosta !t., 5rgy. 1, #aoag City for at least one 617 year   prior to the filing of his herein petition. . He is a self-e&ploye% business&an an% has an annual gross inco&e of &ore or less hun%re% ninety thousan% pesos 601+*,***.**7.

. He can be la$fully naturalie% having all the ?ualifications un%er !ection ' an% none of the %is?ualifications un%er !ection  as provi%e% by Co&&on$ealth Act No. 3 to beco&e a /ilipino citien an% has never file% any petition for naturaliation $ith any court an% the ali9e.

. He is of goo% &oral character an% believes in the principles un%erlying the 0hilippine Constitution. He has con%ucte% hi&self in a proper an% irreproachable &anner %uring his entire  perio% of resi%ence in the 0hilippines in his relations $ith the >overn&ent as $ell as $ith the co&&unity in $hich he is living.
