Objectives: At the end of the session the learner should be able to: a. Recognize oneself in accepting his/her strengths and limitation and dealing with other better; b. Appreciate the importance of self-awareness; and, c. Create a personal list of strengths and weaknesses. Subject Matter a. Strength and Weaknesses of Oneself b. Images, MP3, Marker c. Review/Motivation Images of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) c. Lesson Proper 1. Activity The student will answer the prepared Johari Window model of common strengths and weaknesses. 2. Analysis Identify something in life you really want to change but cannot. 3. Abstraction The acceptance of one’s emotions, thoughts, behaviors, problems and opportunities. 4. Application Write the beginning of the learner’s journey of self-discovery. Assessment/Evaluation Dividing list of self-awareness relates to one of these “selves,” according to James’s three components of the self. Assignment/Agreement

Internalize the uniqueness of each individual in relation to characteristics, habits, and experiences; and, c. Create a personal journal base to their characteristics, habits, and experiences.
