14. Short Passing in the Centre, Centre, Play Wide, One-Two, Cut Back and Finish in a 5 v 2 Practice

Description y   There are are blue 3 players players in a central central position outside the penalty area and 1 active wide player on each side. There are also 2 red defenderss inside the penalty area. defender

player and the other 2 make runs into the penalty area, as does the other wide player.

   The wide player player is put under under pressure pressure by

the Coach (Pep Guardiola), so plays a 1-2 combination with his team-mate and receives back inside the penalty area.

   The practice starts starts with the Coach's Coach's pass

and the 3 blue players pass the ball around between themselves, waiting for the right time to play the ball wide.

  After they play a pass wide (either to the left

or right), 1 player moves to support the wide

  From this point, the wide player must deliver

the right cross or cut back for a team-mate to score, evading the 2 red defenders.

   The players players jog back and the the practice restarts. restarts.
