Repeated passages to be repeated 2 or more times (i.e. looped or vamped). "Freely": white notes: longer (2 or more seconds); black notes: shorter (one second or less). "e's or multiples of es": During these passages, use mostly eighth and quarter notes, but also other durations that are multiples of eighth notes (i.e. dotted quarter, half, half tied to eighth, etc., but no sixteenths, 'tuplets, dotted eighths, etc.) on eighth note beats only. From m. 10 to the end: each instrument and hand may advance from measure to measure at own rate (i.e. while still maintaining same tempo) repeating each measure two or more times.
