Evolution Completion Tools

Packers are to used to isolate the annulus and anchor or secure the bottom of the production tubing string. Evolution offers a range of production packer designs to suit your wellbore geometry a n d p r o d uc t i o n requirements. Our Packer offering includes Retrievable Production Packers and accessories. They range from the simple, economical STP-1 Tubing Packer, a compact tensionset Packer to our Integrator X Mechanical Set Packer which can be set in tension, compression, or neutral.

We offer versions of Bridge Plugs and Cement Retainers that can be set either by wireline or mechanically. All our Bridge Plugs and Cement Re tainers are available in a wide range of sizes for all common casing weights. They are all designed to be easily and quickly drilled out.

Evolution offers both SB-2 and SC-1 styles of Tubing Anchor Catchers. These are simple and reliable tools which act both as Tubing Anchors to maintain tension in the tubing string during the pump cycle and as Tubing Catchers to prevent parted pipe from falling to the bottom of the well.

Evolution Oil Tools has a complete selection of Setting Tools for completions and accessories to meet your needs. We offer the E-Hydro Trip Sub, a Hydraulic Setting Tool, the K-1 Snap Latch and the T-2 On/Off Tool.

Our Mechanical Setting Tool is a compact, economical tool design for setting Evolution's Bridge Plugs and Cement Retainers on Tubing.

As part of our Packer accessories, Evolution offers our T2 Overshot and Seal Nipple. This two-piece, quick release connector is designed for easy, reliable service for all well bore conditions.

Packers  The 32-A Tension Set Packer is Packer is a versatile, easy to use tension set tool, which holds differential pressure from above or below. It is designed to run, set, reset and retrieve easily even under adverse conditions. It is ideal for squeeze cementing, casing testing, stimulation treatments and straddle operations using a retrievable bridge plug.

 The Evolution A-2 Lock-Set Retrievable Casing Packer is Packer  is a full bore double-grip retrievable packer with an integral unloader. Opposed, nontransferring dovetail slips prevent movement of the packer in either direction due to pressure differentials, while allowing landing of the tubing in tension, compression or neutral.

 The Evolution AD-1 Tension Packer (also Packer (also known as the STP-1 Packer) provides a compact, economical economical retrievable packer for use where a set-down type packer is impractical due to pressure requirements. Although designed primarily for waterflooding, this packer can also be used for such pressuring operations as formation fracturing in shallow or low-fluid-levelwells.

 The Evolution Coiled Tubing Smart-J Tension Packer   (CT-Smart-J Packer) provides a compact, Packer economical retrievable packer for use where a setdown type packer for coiled tubing operations. Our Model G Retrievable Casing Packer  Packer   is a compact, economical economical set-down packer that can be used by itself for production applications or, with a companion unloader and hold-down. It can be used for well stimulation, testing and other pressuring operations and then left in the well as a production packer.

 T h e Integrator-X Production Packer   is a  Th mechanical set, retrievable casing packer that effectively meets the requirements for zone isolation, injection and production. The full opening ID allows unrestricted flow and passage of full gage wireline tools and accessories. Mechanical lock-set action closes an internal bypass and allows application of pressure above or below the packer.

 The Evolution Oil Tools 15K Composite Bridge Plug   provides a cost-effective alternative to Plug temporarily isolate multiple zones for fracturing, or other treatments..

 The Evolution Type B 10K Bridge Plug is specifically designed to provide a low cost, medium performance plug to temporarily or permanently abandon a wellbore. Other zone isolation applications for the 10K Bridge Plug includes testing, cementing, or stimulating. Wireline or Mechanical Set Cement Retainers are Retainers  are rugged, compact tools engineered for fast running downhole on either tubing or electric line. Models feature a positive, pressure balanced sleeve valve which is opened or closed simply by lowering or raising the tubing.

Anchor Catchers

 The Evolution Model B2 Tubing Anchor Catcher performs two important functions: it anchors the tubing string, and it catches the tubing if it should part. Unlike most anchor catchers, the Evolution Oil  Tools Tubing Tubing Anchor Catcher is simultaneously set in anchoring and catching positions at all times.

 The Evolution Model B3 Tubing Anchor Catcher performs two important functions: it anchors the tubing string, and it catches the tubing if it should part. Unlike most anchor catchers, the Evolution Oil  Tools Tubing Tubing Anchor Catcher is simultaneously set in anchoring and catching positions at all times.

 The CRTA Rotating Tubing Anchor Catcher is designed to hold the tubing string in tension during rod pump operations. The mandrel of the CRTA is free to rotate through the tool in the set position with tension pulled into the tubing.

 The SC-1 Anchor Catcher is a Retrievable Double Grip Tubing Anchor designed to anchor the Tubing String in tension or compression. When installed with the proper amount of tubing tension, this anchor prevents movement of the tubing String during rod pumping operations.

Setting Tools & Accessories  The Evolution Model E Hydro-Trip Sub is Sub  is used to hydraulically set tools, such as hydraulic packers with the application of tubing pressure. Setting is achieved by circulating a ball to a seat in the sub, and applying sufficient pressure to activate the setting mechanism in the tool below.

 The Evolution Hydraulic Setting Tool is a pressureactivated setting tool used to set wireline retrievable plugs, permanent packers, bridge plugs, cement retainers or other types of completion equipment. The setting tool is connected to the end of the coiled tubing and run to depth.

 The T-2 On/Off Tool is a high pressure, left hand release, tubing disconnect device. It is designed as a two-piece tool, consisting of a running overshot and seal nipple.

 The Evolution Model K-1 Snap Latch Setting Tool is is used to mechanically set Model K-1 Cement Retainers, and Model K-1 Cement Retainers with Flapper Valves.
