Complete Commercial Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System This is a complete reverse osmosis water purification system and water delivery system for use in commercial applications worldwide. This reverse osmosis system is more than just a reverse osmosis water filter system because contains everything needed to purify water and deliver water to the filling source, with the exception of water storage tanks. The Export Skid commercial water purification system is used in various applications worldwide requiring pure, high-quality, great tasting drinking water. The Export Skid is used in applications such as water purification plants, water stores, bottling plants, water pouch plants, beverage production, tech applications, manufacturing processes, pharmaceuticals, and other applications requiring purified water.

This reverse osmosis water purification system is designed with a cartridge style pre-filtration system designed for use in areas with poor water quality and biological contaminants. Its design allows for trouble free low cost maintenance and eliminates the possibility of pre-filtration biological contamination. This along with its TFC membrane configuration allow it to consistently, reliably, and efficiently produce purified RO water under 10ppm. This can be easily configured with other components such as our Export Filler as well as configured to produce pure alkaline water.

This Export Skid commercial reverse osmosis water purification system is available in multiple models ranging in production from 1,500 to 6,000 gallons per day. It is made with basic electrical components that are easily available worldwide, and does not contain any proprietary parts or microprocessors that are prone to fail. It is designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA with NSF approved components. Its lightweight design reduces The Export Skid commercial reverse osmosis water purification system is built upon order allowing our technicians to optimize the system’s design for your specific application and needs. The Export Skid is very user friendly, reliable, and easily maintained and installed. It comes with a detailed operation guide outlining user instructions, maintenance, and installation procedures. The system carries a 1-year warranty on parts due to manufacturer defect and includes ongoing technical support.

The Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System Process      

      

Step 1 - Raw water tank (optional) – A raw water tank stores the raw feed water for the system or a water supply line exists. Step 2 - Feed water booster pump – Boost feed water to higher water pressure for system feed. Step 3 - 20 micron cartridge filter – Removes sediments, particles, and algae down to a 20 micron size. Step 4 - 5 micron cartridge filter – Removes sediments, particles, and algae down to a 5 micron size. Step 5 - Chemical injection system (optional) – The chemical injection uses various chemicals to eliminate organic and non-organic contaminants. Step 6 - Carbon filter – An activated carbon filter removes chlorine, chloramines, solvents, lead, insecticides, gasses, organic contaminants, inorganic contaminants, and other harmful contaminants. It works similar to a water softener without the use of salt by drawing hard particles together and crystallizing them. Water travels through a 4.5‖x20‖ big blue Carbon filter. Step 7 - High pressure pump – A high pressure, stainless steel pump to boost water pressure to 160 lbs. for maximum membrane efficiency. Step 8 - Reverse osmosis (RO) membranes – The water is forced through two semi-permeable, .0002 micron membranes, allowing only pure water molecules to pass through. Step 9 - Pure water tank – Pure water storage tanks store the purified water before delivery and post filtration. Step 10 – Pressurization Tank – A33-gallon pressure tank assures a constant flow of water to the filler and prolongs pump life. It stores water under pressure and feeds to the pressurization pump. Step 11 - Pressurization Pump – a 20 G.P.M. pressure pump assures constant water supply from storage tanks to post carbon filter, ultra-violet sterilizer, and faucets. Step 12 - Post carbon filter – The water travels through a 4.5‖x20‖ big blue Post Carbon filter, polishing it for exceptionally smooth taste. Step 13 - Ultra-violet disinfection – 25 G.P.M. stainless steel sterilizer eliminates up to 99.9% of all bacteria.

Bottle Blow Molding WB USA offers high quality water bottle blow molding machines used in commercial applications to create 5 gallon PET bottles from pre-forms. These bottle forming machines greatly reduce the cost of bottling operations because the bottles can be made from performs which can be acquired at a lower cost than formed bottles, and are more cost effective in shipment because they are smaller in profile. The CSD5 water bottle blow molding machine is capable of producing 70-100 bottles an hour making it very quick and efficient. Blow molding water bottles from pre-forms is the most efficient method to produce bottles because there is no excess material that is wasted or unused. With the CSD5 water bottle blow molding machine you are capable of forming bottles at a quick rate and low cost. The pre-form is heated in the incubator which heats the plastic of the pre-form into a pliable state. The perform is then inserted into the molding unit which determines the shape of the water bottle. Compressed air is then shot into the bottle expanding the pre-form outwards into the walls of the molding unit, thus giving the bottle its final shape. The bottle is then cool enough to remove and can be stored until filling.
