Participate in weekly contractor meetings to ensure proactive partnering with the contractor on the ma nagement of the project. Assist in the mentoring of both the contractors and the Districts Local Nation Quality Assurance (LN QA) personnel. Proactively manage contractors, anticipating issues and addressing them prior to them becoming a cr isis.
