OPEN MIND SCRIPT/GUIDE The guest will introduce to your upline/mentor before the presentation. Make it sure na yung ABC todo. Wag mag mukang scripted. Ang pag ABC is pag build up sa mga mentors/upline mo. Tell them yung background nila sa work or former work at yung status nila ngayon sa company. Yung taong nagdala ng guest (A), ilalapit niya sa mentor niya or upline (B) niya yung guests niya. A:

Hi Coach. This is my friend, _____. She’s working sa ABC Company.

B:

Hi. How are you? Ano ng nasabi sayo about this? Anyway, isa ito sa mga pinagkakaabalahan ngayon ni _____. Ang ginagawa lang naming dito is more on online-offline advertising. When you say online, through internet, kasi kung titingnan mo ngayon ang boom is yung mga online marketing or advertising. Di ba even sa online pwede ka na mamili. Mga bags, shoes, clothes or even cars nga. Pag offline naman sa office. Actually, yung main office namin is nasa The enterprise Tower, sa Ayala, Makati. Dito naman naming ginagawa sa starbucks yung mga presentations sa mga bago na gusto rin gawin ito. Ang maganda pa rito once na nag start ka ang market mo is global. Present lang din ito sayo, check mo lang. Kapag nagustuhan mo gawin mo. Anyway, wala rin naman itong commitment. I suggest open mo lang mind mo baka magustuhan mo lalo na yung ways of earnings. (Then ABC yung taong mag present).

CLOSING SCRIPT: Will ask first.. Nagustuhan niyo ba? ( Most of them will say, YES. Interesting pero I don’t have money). Apply the FEEL, FELT, FOUND method. Whats that? Kung ano yung sinasabi ng guests mo, ganun ka rin. Lets say, problema niya money, then you’ll say ikaw problema mo rin naman money nun kaso ginawan mo lang ng paraan talaga kasi gustong gusto mo siya gawin. Kasi alam mo yung opportunity once lang naman talaga dumarating at mag knock sa door mo. Kapag yan pinalagpas mo, wala na. Pwede naman nilang sabihin na akala ko ba stable na yung usana, so anytime pwede naman nila gawin. Sabihin mo true.. kaso yung slot

na inooffer sayo wala na yan.. then tell them n asana nga noon mo pa nakita si usana.. Kapag wala naman siya problem sa money.. tell them sabihin mo ikaw din wala kang problem sa money. Although wala kang on hand that time alam mo magagwan agad ng paraan or you have a credit card. Tell them na ikaw ayaw mo rin itong gawin dati na okay ka na sa work mo. Kaso na realized mo na dito sa USANA, residual income ang pwede mong makuha. Kasi sa work, no work, no pay. Kapag nabulag ka or naputulan ka ng mga paa or kamay, wala na, tapos na career mo. So nung nakita mo yung opportunity na ito grab mo agad. Nwy, wala naman mawawala sayo kasi 37k lang yan. Marami ng 37k ang dumaan sa palad mo wala naman masyadong nangyari. Then build up your group. ABC your team, your uplines and mentors. Don’t forget din na maipakita ang tinatawag na SMART POSITIONING!!

Reminders: 

Pagdating sa starbucks, ibukod ang guests mo, kwentuhan muna ng mga 510 mins bago ilapit sa upline/mentor for open mind. Before ilapit ABC pa rin.



Sa isang presentation, maximum of four lang ang pwede presentahan. Wag masyadon crowded ang dating. Remeber, its a biz presentation.



During the presentation, yung taong nag invite nasa tabi nung guest. Dun makikita yung commitment ng taong nag invite ng guest niya. Wag magpalakad-lakad o labas ng labas. Mahirap mag invite, kaya kapag nakapag invite ka, bigay mo na yung best mo para hindi saying yung araw mo.



Avoid talking to your guest habang on going ang presentation or even sa closing ng deal. I understand na excited na kayo kausapin sila pero madalas ang nangyayari during closing, is kinakausap na yung mga guest. Antayin matapos yung speaker before magsalita. Gingawa ng mga uplines ang best presentation and closing ng deal sa mga guests kaya as much as possible, iwasan natin yun. Para sa inyo rin naman yan.



After ng lahat ng presentation. Naka ready na ang application form mo at dun na papasok yung PUSH system natin.



Always remember na pag nasa usana kayo, UPLINE ang tawag ninyo sa mga taong nauna sa inyo. Its a sign of respect. Kahit ka work mate mo pa siya. Mahirap kapag mali yung na duplicate sa atin.



Make sure na may copy kayo ng presentation script para makabisado niyo na rin yung company and products ng USANA.



When you’re down and you have a problem in your biz, go UP. Tell you uplines.



When you’re UP, go down. Ipasa mo sa downlines mo yung excitement mo.

ALWAYS THINK OF THE BEST AND NOT THE WORST. THINK POSITIVE.

Don’t forget the Y-E-B-A-H. 

Y – Yes Upline Attitude. Rule #1: Yes Upline. Rule #2: When you think your upline is wrong, go back to rule #1.



E – Excited. – Dapat palagi kang excited sa ginagawa mo kasi maffeel yan ng guests mo.



B- Belief – Company, Products, Team, and Upline.



A-Attitude. – GLLA (Good learning and Listening Attitude). Bawal ang AKNY. Accept the fact that you don’t know anything. Just listen. Remove the pride – its a success killer.



H-Humble. – Always be humble. Again, people will love you because of your attitude. Your building a long term biz. Kaya kailangan down to earth ka. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

4 PILLARS OF SUCCESS 

DECIDE – Decision is very important. You have to work for your biz everyday. Remember.. This is not a RACE. Its a MARATHON.



TAKE ACTION – Dont expect your biz to work if you don’t have any actions.



ANALYZE – We have a system. Just follow. If may problem, analyze yourself. Analyze the problem.



ADJUST – Be a team player. Again, usana is an attitude biz.

PITFALLS 

Reinventing the wheel. The system of our team really works. Wag babaguhin.



Pride. – Hindi marunong makinig sa mga mentors/uplines. Hindi kailangan magaling o matalino. Lahat ng nag U-USANA is professional din. Lahat my pinag aralan, lahat may posisyon sa trabaho. Walang masama kung susunod lang sa sistema.

TIPS TO HAVE A BIG ORGANIZATION



Assist your downlines. Make it sure you have one mission, one goal and one vision.



Dont entertain negative people. FOCUS. Know your WHY.



Power of Crosslining. – You can survive without your uplines, but you cannot survive without your crosslines.



Power of duplication. – Always lead by example. Mabilis ang duplication kapag nakikita ng downline mo yung commitment mo. Copy upline lang.



Dont be emotional. – Less Drama! More Action!



Commitment is different from Interested.



Dont be pressure! Just Enjoy! 



Be Confident.



Read books. Leadership books by John Maxwell.



Read the book of Chinkee Tan. How I made my 1st Million in Direct Selling.

You should have a Dream board or video board.



Saturday is the perfect day for Goal setting. Make sure they have goals na kailangan mahit on the ff week. – Goals in writing dreams with deadline.



Serve your downlines.



Encourage others in tough times.



Never abandon your teammates.



Less talk. More Action.



Treat your upline/mentor with honor and respect.

USANA can give you an extraordinary income. Its happening. Once na nasa bonfire (Usana office) ka, you’ll learn a lot from other distributors (How to earn fast, ano ba naibigay sa kanila ng Usana, etc). Make a way na makapunta at Usana office once a week, para makilala kayo lalo na nagsisimula pa lang kayo. Mamaya usap tayo. Pero since naghahabol ka ng PPS. Kailangan matapos mo agad ito ngayon week. Make a Prospect list minimum of 200 people. Get your top 50. Sa TOP 50 – Be sure na MAC. (Money, Authority and Credit Card). May mga tao after mo explain lahat, am sure magugustuhan nila. If they have money or CC. Pwede sila mag on the spot pay in lalo na kung may CC. We’ll do our best na pumasok yung guests sa USANA. Pero laging tatandaan ang final closing ay nasa nag-invite. Yung taong nag invite ang pagkakatiwalaan nila talaga. We all know na hindi ganun kadali ang maglabas ng 36k pero usually sa ganito meron silang FEAR and DOUBT na given sa mga bago. Nasasagot naman yan, Feel, Felt, Found lang. Lets say ikaw, db nung una ganun ka rin. Share your story.

PUSH We have yung tinatawag na PUSH. Paano ito? Simple lang. After the presentation, kapag nagustuhan niya then meron naman siyang CC or money, GO na. ABC is very impt. A-Adviser, B-Bridge, C-Client. Before ako mag present sa Guests mo kailangan may proper ABC ako. AKo yung A, Ikaw yung B, Siya yung C. Kailangan ma-build up mo ako ng todo to gain respect at making kasi stranger ako sa kanya. Kasi may mga taong may attitude talaga. Kaya kailangan ang ABC. FORM – Family – Occupation – Receation – Money/Message. Kapag nag invite ka, kailangan i-FORM mo muna. Wag mo silang basta-basta invite. Alamin mo muna background nila, anong pinagkakaabalahan or etc. Tapos share mo may raket ka, online –offline advertising na usually na sinasabi namin. Build ka lang ng curiosity. May iba naman we have the KIDNAP. Usually sa office lang ginagawa. Yayain lang na pumunta ng office na hindi naman alam kung anong meron basta ang impt Makita ang opportunity. FYI: Never ask any questions about USANA in front of your guests. Kailangan Makita niya na alam mo talaga kung ano yung pinasok mo. Kasi once na tanong ka rin ng tanong habang nag present ako, magtataka siya kasi mukang wala ka rin alam.
