OFFER LETTER 10th September 2012 Dear Grishma, In response to your candidature & the subsequent interviews, we are pleased to offer you the position of Salon Manager on the following Terms & Conditions: 1. You are required to join by 14th September 2012. 2. Your gross monthly commission will be Rs 15,000 + incentives. (TDS is applicable on the entire amount) 3. You will be on Probation for 90 days from your date of joining after which you will be Confirmed. 4. During the Probation period, if your performance is found to be unsatisfactory, your appointment will be terminated by giving you seven days written notice from our side. On Confirmation, your appointment will be terminated by giving you Sixty days written notice by either you or us. 5. Copies of all graduation certificates/ mark sheets. Any training certificates. Salary Slip of last 3 months drawn salary. Experience Certificate. One passport size photograph. Photocopy of your PAN card.
