Training for Net work Leaders at Different Level Objective • To re-orient and strengthen their capacity in taking up issues at different level • To equip them on the concept of lobbying and advocacy • To strengthen their capacity in planning, monitoring & evaluation • To enhance their capacity in sustain the program by themselves • To enhance their skills • To strengthen their linkages with different stake holders • To educate on the importance of linkage with other networks Cluster level two Days each Batch (35 t0 40 Members in batch) First Day Group building exercise Sharing their experience Role and responsibilities of the network leaders, Importance of advocacy and lobbying and the role and responsibilities of network leaders in advocacy and lobbying Second Day Recap of pervious day learning Skills How to build link with other stake holders and like minded people Plan for six months by the network leaders
