The program block of the diagnos ticprograms of the unit has not been created, or the unit is so faultythat it ca nnot respond or the communications to the unit has beendisturbed by a fault in a nother unit.Supplementary information fieldsInstructionsIf the diagnostic job ha s been originated by the systemand unit in question is under monitoring (i.e. un it has MONI-status on) system will run diagnostic again after a while. Youshould wait if response is got this time.If no response from unit report is printed ag ain or the diagnosticjob has been originated by user, chech with command USI tha t thestate of the unit in question is TE-EX and reactivate the unitdiagnosis wit h the command UDU.If this does not help, replace the plug-in unit of the functio nalunit and run diagnostics for this unit. If there is a responsethis time the r emoved plug-in unit is most likely faulty.If there is still no response, the rem oved plug-in unit might nothave any fault at all but the problem is elsewhere in the system.You should start diagnosing other functional units of the systemsuch as switching, multiplexing and other units closely connectedto the functional u nit originally diagnosed. This may also includeswitchovers of the units, replaci ng plug-in units and possiblycables and repeating the diagnostics also for the f unctionalunit originally diagnosed until a response is received.CancellingThis i s a diagnosis report, it is not cancelled.
