Navamsha and 2nd Marriage

Navamsha (D-9) To what extent it is reliable? Male>16-Dec-1959, 18:08, Hassan, Karnataka. HIS 1 WIFE IS AN ENGINEER & OWNS A TV CHANNEL. HIS ANOTHER WIFE IS A FILM STAR. How to trace such things in D-9? My friend Roberto Velicaz ji from Italy analysed in a simple way but in a best way in a private group. >//Roberto Velicaz Ok ...I would take the 1st house of the D-9 chart to represent 1st wife, the 10th is ruled by the Moon which is aspected by both Saturn and Mars indicating technical/engineering career. The second wife is indicated by the 3rd house and the 10th from the 3rd is the 12th and it aspected by exalted Venus indicating acting career. Am I correct Shankar Hegde ji???

The funny thing here is, For 2nd wife 10th from 9th is 6th house in D-1 or D60! So profession of father & 2nd wife must be almost same! (there can be minor differences as we have to consider 10th from Venus & Sun) .Even if we take 9th lords also they become same! So is it not clear now that D-9 is mainly for spouse/s & not for all things? Because if we judge profession of father in D-9, Profession of 2nd wife must be same! (At the least almost). Then 10th of D-9 should show profession of both husband & 1st wife. If we have to take 10th from 7th in D-9, it becomes profession of 1st wife, or wife in general, Mother, Property... etc... Can the time be same for Mother & wife w.r.t. 4th house/L in D-9? Obviously we have to check D-12 for mother & further D-60. So D-9 IS NOT FOR ALL THINGS.

Narasimha Rao Shiva Shankar ji, let me illustrate with Rajiv Gandhi's chart. His Moon is at 18Le18. This falls in Poorva Phalguni and Vimsottari dasa starts from Venus dasa.

In navamsa, Moon is in Virgo. As 16Le40-20Le00 of rasi chart is mapped to 0Vi00-30Vi00 in navamsa chart (30 deg), a longitude of 18Le18 is proportionally mapped to 14Vi42. After all, this is how tradition computes nava-navamsa (D-81) and navamsa-dwadasamsa (D-144), i.e. taking the longitudes in D-9 and further dividing them to D-9 and D-12.

Now, 14Vi42 corresponds to Hasta. So first dasa will be that of Moon!!

Rajiv Gandhi got married in the 3rd dasa of Moon as per standard Vimsottari dasa started from Venus dasa. Moon is 2nd lord in lagna in rasi chart and 12th lord in 2nd in D-9. Not interesting either way. Of course, creative astrologers can come up with some explanation.

If you take Vimsottari dasa started from Moon at 14Vi42 in D-9, 3rd dasa of Rahu gave marriage. Rahu is the 7th lord in both rasi and D-9. In D-9, he is in lagna aspecting his own 7th house. He and Saturn are clearly the best candidates to give marriage!

People don't give them enough importance to divisional charts and pay them lip service. If they use the correct ayanamsa and give divisional charts more weight, they will be surprised how things work more consistently (of course, if the birthtime is accurate).

FOR CHILD BIRTH D-9 IS VERY MUCH IMPORTANT! Does it mean 5th house has to play an important role related to D9 as speculation & Astrology are also related to D9? Even KNR ji's Yogi Guru ji used D-9 to predict about astrologers! But practically they are not working with modern time is also important. We have charts with same D-1, D-9 & even D-24 but different D-60 & their Educational background being totally different. So we have to go upto D-60 for reliable accuracy. We should also think of a major thing that many a people of a major religion of this globe marry 2 to 8 wives. Most of them usually remain as house wives only!

Shankar Hegde Dear Narasimha Rao ji, As per departed soul Dr. B.V.Raman ji, Even 2nd house is also important for Marriage. Moon the MD lord in the 2nd house(D-9) of Rajiv Gandji ji gave him the marriage can be justified in that way. But as per KNR ji in D-1 at any cost 1-7 axis or lords should come into play w.r.t dasha scheme is concerned & 1-5-7 houses or Lords in D-9. In my humble experience as a professional astrologer, (I started learning astrology when I was just 14 years old & now I am 43) I have seen KNR ji's rule working up to around 60% up to D-9. Mainly Dasha lord w.r.t. D-1 & Bhukti/AD lord w.r.t. D-9. In many cases I have seen 2nd house playing an important role in D-9 also, As it is house of family. In plenty of cases I have seen 11th house giving the result w.r.t. ANY DIVISIONAL CHART AS 11TH IS THE HOUSE OF

FULFILLMENT OF WISHES! So In D-9, D-3, D-7, D-10 etc.... I have seen 11th House/Lord giving results as per Vimshottari Dasha. IT IS MY EXPERIENCE & OPINION & I NEVER FORCE ANYBODY TO ACCEPT MY THINGS AS SUPERIOR THINGS. I am inviting more healthy comments.
