my ststement of charges

Friday, January 30, 2009 around the 14 th of jan. 2009 i was called and told that my x-wife donna luno had ben arrested on drug charges and she needed to to see if i could help her, so i made some calls to try and see about a bond. a day or so went by and nothing had happened. so i decided i would drive down to alexandria, la. to see if i could do something, before i left i called for a bondsman, at fast eddies bail bonds and spoke with his wife about eddie bonding her out and she checked the bond for me and said she had a hold on her but eddie might be able to do something with it. so i told her to let eddie no i was going to be comming down there for the next morning and see about it. after aeiving in alex. i called for eddie and he wasn t in so i left word for him to return my call and went to bring a fender and back wheel to travis, a guy that i was helping put his motorcycle back together after a bad wreck he had had. i sold him part to fix the bike with and been there a few times over the last month. after droping the other parts off and telling him i was there to see about getting donna k out of jail, he said he would put up 400.00 dollors toward her bond to help also, but he would not have it till later that evening after he got through with some trees he was cutting down, so i told him i would be back by there later that day. i then went and called for lt. mike jones with rapides parish sheriffs office to see about getting her things out of her car for her, like cloths and cell phone and personal items. mr. jones was not in so i left a message for him to call me when he returned and went by a friends house killing time and to see about donna k`s laptop computer that a girl had, and called for fast eddie again with no luck of talking to him. later that day it was getting late and i needed to get back home pretty soon , i live in texas and my wife needed the car the next morning to go to work.i was only going for that day and come home that friday night.i was back at travis lacrouix house waiting on him to get back home to give me the money he offered on the bond.tim lasione came up and jamie dortie can up and was visiting as we were waiting, and travis`s daughter called his girlfriend, ( heather bebe ) and told her that cops were going down hickory hill rd in this direction, so tim and jamie got up and left as i waited on trvis. about 15 minutes went by and i was in the shop all the police started pulling up and i freaked out and started to run into the woods and stoped from running because i had no reason to run, because i didn`t have anything illigal or doing anything illegal so i stoped and waited for the police right in the edge of the woods. and when they seen me and wanted to no who i was and what my name was , i told them glenn ebey, one of the cops asked me was i daigo ebey , and i said i have been called that before, and then he yelded out hey look her who we got , the ledgedary daigo ebey and then they threw me down on the ground and kicked me and twisted my arm behind my back twisting my wrist so hard and kneed me in the back of my neck and my back and me telling them they were hurting me as they kept doing it. after the hand cuffed me and got me up they placed me in a cop car where they kept comming to me wanting to no about drugs and things at travis`s house and i told them i didn`t no anything about him or drugs. after about an hour or so they come to the cop car again with a purse in his hand and said we got you now , here is your dope. i told them i didn`t no anything about that dope and the cop (kevin ryan) said if its not yours it must be travis`s dope, i then told them i dont no whos it is, that i never seen it the purse and i wasn`t there for dope or anything like that, i was only there for the reasons i stated in this letter. and he said i was a lie , that i was the king pin and i had brought it there, i knew better than that.they wanted to no what car i was in and i told them and they took my keys out of my pocket and went searched it and come told me they were takeing my car and was going to prove i bought it with drug money and keep it.i told them the car was not bought with drug money it was donated to me. the cop said he was going to take my car and use it and drove away in it spinning the tires.i was then transported to the rapides parish jail untill bond of 10,000.00 dollors was set on me and i was bonded out. i have talked to an attorney mr. george higgins of pineville la. about my case and offered to take a lie detector test about this charge and this dope that was suppose to be mine. because i have been in trouble before and dont have a good record . and done my time for my charges .i would submit to any lie detector test for any cause to prove that every thing i have said here is true and correct, i will even take more then one test of any kind to prove my innocene. any evidence or any drugs they have against me is faricated and planted against me, because of my pass life. they said they have been investigating me and friends for 3 months for drug traficing, well for 2 months befor christmas i was out of town working in 6452 or 318-498-1030 with no automobile staying at his house working rideing to work with him while my wife was home driveing her car back and forth to work in texas.if they have been investigating me they would have known that and that i am not involved in the pound of dope they found or any other dope traficing they said i was into.my life is hard enough for the things that i have caused on my behalf, and dont want to be set up for something i had no involvment in. this is not the first time i have been beat up by these police .the ones who beat me up was, i think the alexandria city police that was with them( the rapides parish norcodics) because they were the first ones at me, it happened so fast and after they had hit me in my head i was hurt pretty bad, and i had recently been released from a doctors care for my back and neck injury after one year treatment and also a heart patient. i tryed to tell them that and it did no good. this is wrong, all wrong for this to have happened like this.no matter my pass i should still have rights and being falsley accused for this charge, when i was the only person arrested for the drugs, and i didn`t live there.the girl (heather bebe ) from inside the house went to jail for probation violation for something else i guess, i dont no. this matter needs to be looked into before an innocent person pays his life for something he did not do. its bad enough to have took the beating i have and lost my wifes car and now have to pay a lawyer all that money to defend me when it can be proven without all that happeneing. my name all in the paper, my family and my kids to see and it not be true... wilburt g. ebey jr. 195 s. preston joaquin, tx. 75954 home phone phone - 318-498-1630
