Off Duty Officer: Secretary to Master. Trasmit & receive reports as requested by Master. Keep log of all events & progress. Chief Officer: In charge of Deck operations. Shall keep Master informed & updated on situation & results from action taken to limit outflow. Chief Engineer:
Dress up as smoke driving team. Report to Fire Chief & follow his order.

Close all ventilation leading to area in fire Report to Fire Chief & follow his order.
In charge of Engine operations. Shall keep Master informed & updated on situation & results from action taken to limit outflow. Deck Duty Officer: Alert & inform Chief Officer on situation. Mobilize off duty crew as necessary. If any uncontrollable leakage from manifold, cargo lines: Stop cargo pumps with emergency stop. Close all manifold valves. Alert & inform Chief Officer & Gas Engineer. Mobilize firefighting squad, as needed, when Chief Officer takes charge on Deck. Duty Engineer: Prepare for fire-fighting. Assist Chief Engineer. Ensure Sufficient air pressure on Deck
Chief Officer is designated Safety Officer on board. 2nd Officer is responsible person for GMDSS communication in event of emergency. 3rd Officer is responsible person for LSA & FFE maintenance. Substitute for key persons - Next in charge or highest ranking Officer or crewmember as per Safety Number.
Duty Deckhand: If Oill leakage is detected, alert immediately by all possible means. Inform Duty Officer immediately. Commence clean-up by using on board spill clean-up OPA equipment placed: Main deck- Aft part, O.P.P.E. room
