Guidelines Dos · A title needs to be written and underlined · Write a minimum of 3 paragraphs (Introduction, body and conclusion). · Understand what the axes or the percentage represent. · Understand what the important stages of the flowchart or diagram and the order. · Focus on the key information or important trends. · Look for ways to compare data. · Use sequence expressions e.g: ‘first of all’, ‘after that’, ‘at the same time’, ‘next’, ‘finally’ · Think about tenses and time, particularly when comparing data. · Describe and report information. · Organize your information clearly.
