readily show that the undersigned counsel has been actively participating in all of the scheduled hearings for the above-captioned case. 4.

In the interest of justice, plaintiff respectfully moves and

implores this Honorable Court that the instant case be set for hearing and that the undersigned counsel be allowed to continue with the presentation of evidence of the plaintiff.
