COMES NOW the accused, thru the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court most respectfully alleges, that: 1.  That the accused was charged of Violation of Sec. 2(g) in Relation to Sec. 3(c) of R.A. 9287 (Illegal Gambling); 2.  That the accused intends to enter a plea of guilty under Sec. 3 (a) of R.A. 9287. WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the accused be allowed to enter a plea of guilty under Sec. 3(a) of R.A. 9287.
