MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

The parties respectfully allege that: 1. The pl plaint aintiff iff an and d the defen defendant dant have ccome ome to an ami amicabl cablee sett settlemen lementt Compromi romise se Agree Agreement ment, the term and have executed a Comp rmss and conditions of which are as follows:

a.) Parties agreed that th thee principal obligat obligation ion is in the amount of  Php10,000.00 to be paid by the defendant every 16 th day of the month within Ten (10)) mon (10 months ths sta starti rting ng 16 Aug August ust 201 2017 7 unt until il ful fully ly  paid, in the following following manner: 1.) Th Thee am amou ount nt of One Th Tho ous usa and Peso esos (Php1,000.00) to be paid monthly starting  16 August 2017 until fully paid (1 st   up to 10th month). b.) Paym Payments ents to b bee depos deposited ited in C Court ourt at 3rd   Floor   Dasca Bldg., Congressional Road, Brgy. Burol I, City of   Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, Philippines;

 

c.) In case of failure by the defendant to pay any  single installment, the remaining balance shall be due and  demandable and shall entitle the plaintiff to the immediate  judgment in this case;and  case;and  d.) The parties AGREE to abide by the terms and  conditions of the Compromise Agreement. 3. Th Thee part partie iess agre agreee that th thee appr approv oval al of thi thiss Compromise Agreement  by the Court shall put an end to this litigation, except for purposes of  execution in case of default. WHEREFORE, premises considered, the parties respectfully pray that the foregoing Compromis Compromisee Agreement be approved by this Court as judgment in this case.
