3.1 

Receiving All incoming materials shall be verified as per packing list. Witness inspection shall be carried out and requested to M+W QA/QC Group at least one day prior to materials delivery for the first shipment of every material. Succeeding incoming materials shall also  be requested for M+W QA/QC inspection inspection and/or be internally inspected and documented documented for monitoring purposes.

Using manpower and hand lift to install fiber cable drum onto cable reel holder

- Using hand lift to lift-up the cable drum - Insert the steel tube of the reel holder through the hole of cable drum 4
