The cumulative weighted overall project progress at the end of the current reporting period is 99.44 (Ivan) percent. The longest path for project completion continues to be the construction effort driving commissioning involved thin the CCPP provision of steam generated power.th All 5 GTG’s exported power by the 5 September. GTG 3 completed handover handover on the 5 September. GTG 2 and GTG 1 both planned to be handover the week of the 15th October. The Utility Boiler descope is agreed with Company, the Deed has been agreed and the de-scope work has started. Combined Cycle construction ongoing, instrument loop and function testing commenced. HRSGs 5, 4 and 3 chemical cleaning complete. The final 2 units will be complete by mid October. STGs Lube oil flushing going well. Power requirements to support A200 are being addressed with the Handover of CCPP GTG-3, GTG 4 & GTG 5 augmented by the Temporary Power Plant (TPP2). The 4 DFTs units in TPP-2 have been operational on both diesel and gas.

Operational troubleshooting for outstanding issues after SP handover has been in progress by analysing conditions reported via PHAR by Company Operation with mitigation measures established as required. Remaining material for NOTI implementation is under expediting. - Discussed with CPY about the necessity of sumps in UBs area and proceed to design without sumps and their pumps. (Done) - CTR issued FS to apply blind cap for steam lines and blind isolation flange for utility lines due to no future tie-in (no DB&B (double block and bleed)). (Done) - Discussed with GE for commissioning and start up sequence without UBs and it was finalised, which will be incorporated into each deliverables. And it was shared with commissioning group. (Done).
In order to reduce construction work at the site, JKC management requested to pursue possibility of elimination of noise enclosure for STG. Since elimination STG noise enclosure willconstruction be worth re-considering maintenance pointofof view as well as from point of view,from JKCthe is working on re-evaluation of Noise ALARP (see Note) for the case of elimination of STG noise enclosure. enclosure. [Note: ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) design is required for the plant noise emission as per the Work Health and Safety Regulations for the Northern Territory.] Supplementall Report to the overall Noise ALARP which was performed in 2014 Supplementa for whole plant is being prepared together with SLR (3rd party consultant), and will be issued to Company next week (in the week of 01-Oct) after the further clarifications with SLR early next week.

Flange management register needs to be maintained as per contractual requirement to record flange make up status reflecting the latest construction status. As a result of discussion, Engineering was requested by JKC management to summarise the design and material data for each flanges without including QC record such as tensioning or torqueing. Engineering requested TOC-Philippine to do this task and accepted by TOC-Philippine. Telephone conference was held on 17-SEP between DOC and TOC-Philippine and the work was started by TOC-Philippine with supported by TOC Engineering.

Actuated valve assessment at off site Bollore facility has completed, as more valves are located they are moved to Bollore Bollor e and inspection is being completed by JKC Engineering.
Enermech has set up the old Monadelphous stores at the work front, and continues to progress on this front.
We continue to work with Downers to streamline material issuance process. This will continue to adapt to meet constructions needs.

Overall Status Several major commercial issues remain unresolved between Company and Contractor including agreement of Target Reimbursable Cost, Contractors Professional Services, Module Fabrication Costs and resolution of COR-62 Unsuitable Ground Conditions. Company disputing reimbursable invoices and not progressing Change Orders is severely impacting Contractors cash flow. Company and Contractor executed a detailed review of long outstanding Change Orders involving Senior Management with the view to reaching agreement. However to date the parties remain in disagreement as to the value. This work continues but progress is poor.

The CVL-3 Subcontract remains open. Company have now confirmed their requirement to proceed with financial audit of the Subcontract. Contractor and Company are still in disagreement with regards to the costs associated with the audit.
Company’s position on outstanding on outstanding MOFTP reimbursable items is not agreed by Contractor including transportation from fabrication yard, provision of cyclone mooring facility and stand-by tug boats. Company has disputed Contractor invoices for this Work.
