INTRODUCTION Physical Activity Towards Towards Health and Fitness is a course that focuses on developing physical fitness and the ability to perform physical activities activities with ease. It develops skil skills ls necessary to participate in a wide range of activities, such as dancing and playing sports. It also aims to develop students’ physical competence and knowledge of movement and safety safety associated with with the development of an active and healthy lifestyle. The Instructor of Easter College Inc. prepared learning materials through modules to cater the students’ needs despite this world wide on going COVID 19 pandemic. It aims to help the students about the content of the course and it serves as a guide for them on what what to do on the following given activities. This module is for PA PATHFIT 1 students, this subject is a 2 unit course and designed to guide and introduce skills needed in the different different genres of dances converted into an exercise type of workout. It contains step patterns patterns from simple to more complex combinations of movements to help students create their own exercise routine for them to appreciate the importance of exercise at the same time enjoy dancing as part of their daily activities.
