The Beginning of Life Life begins at fertilization

 

Fertilization   ref refers ers to the the meeting meeting of the the female female sex cell and the male sex cell. These sex cells are developed in the reproductive organs called   gonads. gonads. The male sex cell ce llss ca calle lled d   spermatozoa   (sin (singu gular lar:: spe sperm rmato atozoon zoon)) are produced in the male gonads called  testes  testes.. On the other hand, the female sex cells called ova are produced in the female gonads known as   ovaries. ovaries.
