7. The Schools First Initiative mobilizes the parents, the local government units, and the communities as school partners in delivering quality education. Write a report on your interview citing the pledges and commitments of the school partners to achieve enhancement of and more resources for learning. 8. Optional religious instruction refers to the religion classes conducted in the public elementary and high school for students or pupils whose parents opted to exercise their right to request religious instruction in public schools for their children or wards. Discuss your duties and responsibilities as a teacher in relation to optional religious instruction.
