Proceedings: The HRPTA Meeting was called by the class adviser, Ms. Christine Joy B. Tribiana to discuss the various agenda. The meeting started at 8:44 am when number of attendees reached the quorum. It started with a short prayer led by Ma’am Christine. The first agendum to discuss was the Election of HRPTA Meeting. The parents agreed to have an appointment appointme nt of the officers based on the previous school year set of officers and the willing parents to be appointed. Please refer to the attached lis listt of HRPTA Officers attached. The second agendum discussed was the follow-up of students’ credentials. Ma’am Christine called out the parents of the students with lacking documents especially parent of Rodriguez, Vincent. Unfortunately, Unfortunatel y, there was no parent/ guardian of the said student. So, she just had a favor to the neighbors neighbo rs of Vincent to at least tell them to see her. The third discussed agendum was about answering the module and LAS. Since some of the students were not able to complete the activities needed, Ma’am Christine had reminded the parents to monitor and check the students’ outputs and activities before submission. Next agendum was the Planning on Search for Best Classroom Structuring and Landscap Landscaping. ing. The body agreed to voluntarily voluntarily give P35 for the repainting of classroom. There were parents who promised to bring and give paint. For those parents who were not able to attend to the scheduled date for cleaning and structuring, they have agreed to give any amount of voluntary donation for additional funds of the activity.
Release of cards was also realized during the meeting. Ma’am Christine announced the With Honors of the section who was Jenny Brillantes.
Adjournment: Motioned by HRPTA President, Mrs. Rafa, and duly seconded by the body at 9:30 am.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT HOMEROOM PROJECT 10 – SAPPHIRE With the launching of the school’s Project CLEAN (Creating Learning Environment Awesome and Nifty, the Homeroom Homeroom Project of the Grade 10 – Sapphire which is the Classroom Repainting and Landscape Improvement was made possible. With the amount of P35.00 contribution per student, P 1,300 from the voluntary donation of parents who were not able to attend the scheduled date for cleaning and painting, and the teacher’s share of P 1,000, the project was realized. All of the students gave their faire share of contribution. There were 5 parents who gave their voluntary contribution. Luckily, the volunteer labor, together with the selected students, was able to render his time and service so was lessen l essen in the overall expenses. The remaining fund was utilized for the snacks of the work force.
