2. Work breakdown structure (WBS) ►

First set up summary tasks and milestones Then divide summary tasks into lowest level work packages



For a clear and workable WBS, follow these guidelines: :

Each task should represent a distinct output towards accomplishing the project goal Lowest level work packages should not exceed 10 working days or 2 working weeks
