METHOD STATEMENT FOR SUBMERSIBLE PUMP INSTALLATION FOR PLUMBING

1.

GENERAL This Method statement describes the installation of Submersible Pump, Detail of the procedure Contained herein may be modified based on the actual site condition 2.

SCOPE The scope of this method statement is to carry out the submersible Pump.

MATERIAL Submersible Pump and Accessories.

WORKING PROCEDURE 4.1 Installation - Consider the relation of piping and wiring Determine the right position of manhole - Determine the size of manhole taking account of dimensions of discharge connection and pump - Determine the lace where guide pipe can be placed, taking account of the dimensions of guide support. - Select the right position of anchor bolts and center line of guide rail pipe support. - In this case, make sure that the bottom surface where discharge connection body is installed should be just even in every respect. (if the bottom surface is not even the leakage between connection parts of pump and discharge connection body can be occurred) - Install discharge connection body and fix it, cut the guide pipe and then connect the pipe to guide support thoroughly.

Connect the discharge pipe. Lay down the pump slowly along the guide pipe, making use of fitting equipment such as hoister and chain block. Install discharge connection body and pump sc that they can be completely. Install the reinforcement of guide pipe. Make sure that pump might be displaced when the length of guide pipe is too long.

QUALITY CONTROL Preparing and installation work shall be performed in according with drawing and acceptance by inspection and Check list as per attachment.

SEPTIC TANK INSTALLATION START

CHECK NAMEPLATE AND DIMENSION CF PUMP DETERMINE THE RIGHT POSITION SIZE OF MANHOLE DETEMINE THE PLACE WHERE GUIDE PIPE, TAKING DIMENSION OF GUIDE SUPPORT SELECT RIGHT POSITION OF ANCHOR BOLTS AND CENTER LINE OF GUIDE RAIL PIPE SUPPORT INSTALL DISCHARGE CONNECTION BODY AND FIXIT CONNECT THE DISCHARGE PIPE LAY DOWN THE PUMP SLOWLY ALONG THE GUIDE PIPE INSTALL DISCHARGE CONNECTION BODY AND PUMP COMPLETELY

CHECK VISUAL APPEARANCE NOT OK.
